Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a restrained green apple ginjo aroma and a juicy mouthfeel with strong acidity. The acidity lingers on the palate. However, it becomes calm after a day. Umami begins to appear on the palate and becomes stronger as the day goes on. The aftertaste also becomes mellow.
Personally, I prefer it if you let it sit for a while after opening the bottle.
