This was also purchased at the brewery's local sake shop in Oguni. "Akigeshiki", a rice recommended by J A A Aso Oguni Township, is used, they say. I was attracted to the fact that it was a limited edition, so I bought it. It is slippery and easy to drink compared to the Junmai sake.

This is another one I bought at the brewery's local sake shop at the Oguni roadside station, a limited quantity sake to commemorate the issuance of the new paper money in 2024. (I'm not a fan of limited quantities;) It's not clear for a Junmai Daiginjo, but the sweet aroma and taste of the rice gives you the feeling that you're tasting local sake. I don't have high expectations for Kyushu's sake, as most of them are more like shochu, but this one from Kawazu Shuzo in Oguni is delicious.

I bought it at the brewery's local sake shop in Woody Town, which is located next to the roadside station, Oguni Yu Station. It was a pale yellow color even for a Junmai Ginjo, and although it wasn't as refreshing as the claim on the sales floor, the sweet aroma of the rice was pleasant and tasty.

Part of the Suita Baru. My first time tasting a sake from Aichi Prefecture. A sweet-smelling junmai sake. I drank it down before I could taste it 😅.

I bought it for drinking at home on the recommendation of the owner of a liquor store in Kochi. It has a strong aroma when I opened the bottle. It has a dry taste while enjoying the sweet aroma of the rice. I had it at room temperature this time, but I heard it can be served warm.

The raw material rice, Matsuyama Mitsui, is not suitable for making sake. I'm not very impressed with it, but it goes well with Kochi's gourmet food. If I'm in Kochi next time, I want to drink it again.
