Suwa Mikotsuru Sake Brewery
Purchased at a store in Suwa, about 2,000 yen including the cost of the bottle
We found this sake at Sake-no-wa and had it bottled on the spot at a store in Suwa!
The rice used seems to change depending on the time of year, but this time the rice is called Yamae Nishiki, and the first sip is sweet! What is this?
When I imagined it was bottled, I thought there would be a little carbonation, but I was surprised to find that there was no carbonation and the sweetness of the rice was very strong!
My wife tasted a variety of sake at the direct sales place, so I am looking forward to the sake we purchased at that time.

It was also a sake from Yamagata, but I started with a brand I did not know.
The rice is Gohyakumangoku made in Niigata, a delicious sweet rice.
It was a junmai sake, but it was very tasty!
The name is cool and I would like to try their sake again!

When I drank it at room temperature before going to bed in the car, it was a delicious sake with a strong but pleasant aroma.
When I had it chilled at home the next day, the aroma came as the main part of the sake and it had a fruity sweetness.
It was my first time to drink Shizuoka Yamadanishiki, and it was delicious!

The sake is made to order and bottled on the spot, fresh of course!
