This time, the sake is from Miyagi Prefecture, again from the Tohoku region.
Apparently, the owner of a nearby liquor store is also fond of Tohoku sake, and he told me that he has a large selection of Tohoku and locally brewed sake.
The first sip was not too sweet and had a crisp aftertaste.
I am very frustrated with my lack of writing skills, but it is one of the sakes I would like to drink again!
The rice is also made from Sasanishiki, so maybe that's why it tasted so refreshing and delicious.

Price: less than 2000 yen
Seasonal sake, only available twice a year, with a new production date of September 2023.
Continuing from the last time, I happened to come across an Akita sake, Akita Sake Komachi.
This time it was a mix of Akita Sake Komachi and Hyogo Yamadanishiki. This was the first time I drank a sake made from a mix of rice since I started paying attention to sake.
Personally, I had chosen to drink junmai ginjos because I wanted to try a variety of sake priced around 2,000 yen, so I wondered if junmai daiginjos had been this easy to drink after a long time. I wondered if the Junmai Daiginjo I had been drinking for a while was this easy to drink.
The result! It was a delicious sake!
