100% of the grain is used. It is a superior rice that has been offered to the Emperor Showa on the occasion of his enthronement ceremony. However, because it is tall and difficult to grow, it gradually disappeared from the market. I drank it for the first time, but it has a refreshing sweetness and sourness. It is easy to drink because it has a delicious taste!

"There's still so much confusion There is a lot of confusion. A lot of sadness, a lot of depression. But I want to raise my head little by little I want to move forward, little by little, little by little. Hakurakusei" takes over the message on the label and passes the baton to the next brewer in this spin-off product. It's just delicious! That's the only word to describe it. Soft on the palate, but with a slight acidity and a clean aftertaste. I think it is one of the best sake that I have ever had.

toast I'm not much of a champagne drinker. But this is the first time but this is the first time I've ever tasted it! With the champagne stopper, I was able to enjoy it until the next day!
