Shinsei: An Introduction to Farmer's Art
This bottle of sake is brewed with "Rikuu 132", a classical sake rice that originated in Akita in the Taisho era.
Moreover, it is made with special Rikuwa rice grown in Shinsei Brewery's own rice fields in Uyo, a pesticide-free sake rice hometown, making it truly a "sake with a story.
The taste was very elegant and luxurious, with a coexistence of rice flavor and transparency.
The taste was classical, but with a refined, modern sensibility that really left a lasting impression.
