I went to CRAFT SAKE WEEK @ Roppongi Hills the other day!
And... the 4th drink 👀!
I was served Shinmasa No.6🍶.
When you put the glass close to the glass, you can smell the slight aroma of wooden vats, which gives you a nostalgic feeling.
In the mouth, a refreshing rummy flavor spreads along with the sip... this is delicious 😋.
The sweetness is moderate, yet gorgeous, and the sharpness is good, so it fills you up quickly.
The clear, transparent flavor typical of No. 6, combined with the heat of the venue, lifted my spirits to new heights ✨.
No matter how many times I drink it, Niimasa is still special.
