I recently visited CRAFT SAKE WEEK @ Roppongi Hills 🍶✨.
The first sake we chose was...
SANDO Kako Bespoke!
I was excited from the moment I held the glass in my hand.
The soft sweetness typical of Yamada-Nishiki and a pleasantly effervescent feeling, with a soft flavor derived from Kako (?). The soft and fluffy flavor from the Kago (or is it from Kago?) accents the taste and it is very tasty.
It was a hit from the very first glass, and the tension went through the roof!
