Mixed fermentation of Soga Pale Ephis No. 1~6 yeast and natural fungi, Ria Sake Naturel. Sweet and sour ginjo aroma, as is typical of Soga. The palate is clean, with a slight sweetness that comes in easily, while the taste is quite robust for a sogasake, with a sense of umami and alcohol.
