It has been quite a while since I have had Hana Yuu, but it is delicious. It is sweet but refreshing. The impression I had was quite different from before, and I wondered if the specs had changed. I checked and found that the alcohol content had gone up from 15 to 16. It was bottle-fired and shipped in October, so it must have been in the cellar for about half a year, but it still has a nice freshness and softness. The aroma is moderately apple-like, with a yellow tinge. It is best served cold.

I found my favorite Hanayuup x Yongbin, so of course I bought it.
It has a sweet aroma like tropical fruits. The juicy sweetness is followed by the umami of rice, and the impression is clean and refreshing to the end.
The difference in the second half is impressive compared to Ura-Suidama from the same brewery, which we compared at the same time (Suidama is claimed to be dry by the brewer, and the minerality of the rice is felt a little stronger in the second half). Both are delicious.
