Junmai Ginjo Akita Sake Komachi
Fruity and gorgeous aroma
Sweet and sour taste
It is quite robust, but the sweetness and acidity are nice and do not feel heavy.
The sweetness that lingers in the mouth is also refreshingly sweet.
I like it very much.
Easy to drink!
A little bit of umami, a little bit of fruity feeling from the lactic acid bacteria, and a little bit of dryness with a clean aftertaste!

Rich sweetness typical of Hanamup. The sweetness is fruity sweet.
It does not stay sweet for a long time, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
I bought a bottle of Sake Mirai Hi-ire last time and was hooked on Hanamup.
When I heard that Omachi Hi-ire was coming out in early June, I immediately bought it.
It has a rich sweetness, but slightly less sweet than Sake Mirai.
The aftertaste is clean and well-balanced, really comparable to the Jyushidai Honmaru.
It is too delicious.
Jade from Akamu ran out early, so here's another bottle to open: 💁♂️
The aroma is sweet with a hint of ear of rice. It is juicy, slightly sweet, rich, and has a strong umami flavor. Maybe it's because I drank the Jade 🤔.
I had it with baked yam with butter & campagne. The combination of bread wheat and baked yam with butter makes the flavor of this sake stronger. This goes well with 👍By the way, corned beef went well with Hana Oup 😁It might be easier to understand if you think of it as a pairing with rice 🍚. Maybe jade is similar to wine🍷.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Hanayuup😄The price was fixed, but it was sold as a set with Suiyu from the same brewery. I'm glad to see this! I have to compare the two.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth. The sweetness is not too much, but delicious! The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink. I enjoyed it until the end. Thank you very much for the drink 😄.
Hello, tsutsukitate-san!
Congratulations on your first visit to Hana Yuu 🎉!
I'm sure this will be fun to compare different brands from the same rice and the same brewery 😁.
I had Hanamup the other day and it is sweet, juicy and delicious 😋.
I couldn't get the Shinmasa, so here's to the same Akita Prefecture 🥂.
Peach sweetness and then red green apple-like aroma 🍑🍏🍏.
A little viscous on the palate with a thick peachy sweetness 😍✨ followed by a little strong acidity 😋🍶😋🍶.
As expected of Hanamup! You can't go wrong with any of these ✨
Impressions of a layman
At first I thought it was sweet and easy to drink and tasty, but gradually the sake (alcohol) taste became stronger and more difficult.
As an amateur, I drink small amounts in small sips.
