I opened Sake Mirai the other day.
I always look forward to opening it because I love Hanamup so much 🍶´-
I love Hanamup because of its ginjo aroma when you open the bottle: ☺️
It's so fruity and sweet that I can drink as many glasses of it as I want!
As usual, we paired it with sashimi and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), which also went well with it✨.
As it gets to room temperature, the aroma becomes stronger and more gorgeous, and the fruity flavor can be enjoyed!
It was such a wonderful sake 😋!
Compared to the Omachi nama sake we had before, this sake has a light and crisp Omachi taste. ☺️
On a side note, I've been making too much chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and consuming too many eggs 🥚.

It is one of the most popular varieties of Hanamup and I like it too.
The aroma is gorgeous with a ripe sweetness like mango🥭❣️
Soft, rich and thick as Omachi rice 😍.
A wave of sweetness 🌊 washes over you🎶.
It has just the right amount of acidity, but after swallowing, the umami flavor lingers like an undertow 🌊.
The lingering aftertaste is not too strong.

The aroma is somewhat subdued😁.
Being a junmai sake, the flavor and umami increases as the temperature rises a bit 🎶.
Still, the aroma is less assertive lol.
The taste is clear yet reliable with a solid rice🌾 feel ❣️
In total, I think it's still the best food sake among Hanayuup 🎶.
