Not as sweet as I thought it would be. No, it's sweet (←which is it? (←which is it?!) lol. Not too sweet? Not too heavy? It's like "not too heavy". It's very easy to drink, so I want to make it a heavy drinker, but it's hard to find 🥲.
I was impressed when I drank Suiyu before, and the bar master recommended Hana Yuu to me because he said there was a higher grade sake 😊.
