Delicious! Fruity.
Not as punchy and fruity as Huayotsu, so it is easy to drink for everyone,
It was a bottle that was accepted by everyone.
Above all, it was very tasty and cost-effective!
It had been a little while since I got the DM so I wasn't expecting it, but there it was 🙌
So I immediately bought it 🍶.
What's wrong? It's not sweet. But it's delicious. I had an image of it being sweet and tasty...
As the temperature rose, the sweetness came out 😋 and with it, the mellow flavor. Hmmm, I think it's a little heavy. Maybe I like it better when it is cooled down.
Hello, mourning god 🐦.
It was very light for a Hana Yuu 😊I like it sweet, so I sweetened it, but I think many people would be more comfortable drinking it freshly opened 🤭.
Good evening, Pon.
Yes, it was. It was not too sweet 🤭 My daughter even declared it spicy 🤗.
It might be fun to change the temperature and let it sit for a while to get the taste you like. But I'll need a bottle for that 😅.
Have you ever had Akita Sake Komachi from Hanamup?
I wondered, but the first time I drank Hanayu was Sake Komachi!
Of course, I forgot what it tasted like, so I tasted it as if I was drinking it for the first time.
The aroma is slightly ink, classical. No fruity quality that is typical of Sake Komachi, so far.
The taste is very rich, full of flavor, and very drinkable.
It is so dense that the expression "richness" fits well.
I had an image of Akita Sake Komachi as being gorgeous and fruity, but with Hanamup, it becomes like this.
I like it very much!
This year, I bought three types of nama sake: Omachi, Dewa Sanzan, and Sakekomachi.
(I post this every year, so this year I'm combining them into one.)
All of them are gorgeous and sweet. If you compare them by rice, you will find that
Omachi -> soft and refreshing (-6.8)
Dewa Sanzan→Sweet and heavy acid (-8.4)
Sakekomachi→Sweet and heavy bitter (-9.1)
It was like this.
The impression of each is not so different from last year, but I think the cleanness of Oumachi and the sweetness of Dewa Sanzan Tsuki have increased respectively.
(I wonder if there was such a difference in the sake level last year...?)
(Was there such a big difference in the sake level last year?) As a lover of sweet sake, last year I preferred Sake Komachi > Yumachi > Dewa Sanzan, but this year I think I prefer Sake Komachi > Dewa Sanzan > Yumachi.
I still like Sake Komachi.
Purchased online at Saito Sake Shop in Tochigi, Japan.
The whole family worked hard for almost 2 months. Thank you for your hard work.
Elegant and fruity aroma. Mellow sweetness and flavor. It is too delicious.
It is a sake that brightens our hearts.
Good evening, Chiri and Tecchin!
It's been a tough 2 months for your family 💧.
Thank you for your hard work 🍀.
I'm sure the mellow sweetness and deliciousness of Hanamup must be sinking in to such a tired body 😋.
I got one too and I will enjoy it 😊.
