Smells like pineapple. It is delicious. The juiciness, bitterness, and robust umami, the pineapple-like acidity and flavor, the refined sugary sweetness, and the rice flavor that reminds you that sake is made from rice are all present in the final stages, with the bitterness spreading and lingering for a long time. After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious 😋...rather than a food sake 🍶, you can sip this sake 🍶 as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises. It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue. I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious! Drinking this makes me eat a lot of food 🥗🍣. Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol. It is thick and sweet, with less bitterness and umami. It has a nice aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

After drinking the Hanamup series, we finally arrived at Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki! Smooth sweetness and rice flavor typical of Hanamup Finished with a crisp aftertaste! It was a masterpiece of perfection! Is this the last of this year's Hanamup series? I hear that the price of sake will be raised next year due to the rice price, and I wonder if Hanamup will also become more difficult to afford...

2:30 in the car for yacht maintenance, 1 hour of yacht plane running, 40 minutes of stalling and drifting, 40 minutes of being towed. First Hana Yuu at the liquor store on the way home after a tiring healing process. Fire-aged after bottling, aromatic, elegant and mellow. It's a typical "THE Yamadanishiki". The aroma was one of the strongest among them. 4gou bottle, 3,053 yen.

It has been quite a while since I have had Hana Yuu, but it is delicious. It is sweet but refreshing. The impression I had was quite different from before, and I wondered if the specs had changed. I checked and found that the alcohol content had gone up from 15 to 16. It was bottle-fired and shipped in October, so it must have been in the cellar for about half a year, but it still has a nice freshness and softness. The aroma is moderately apple-like, with a yellow tinge. It is best served cold.

I've been a bit too busy to check and drink 😅. When I went to Utsunomiya for shopping, I couldn't help but buy the second bottle 😁 since there was still some left. I was wondering about the second bottle of Rikuwada because I love it so much, but I just stuck with the Omachi 😣. I don't think I need to comment on the taste anymore, so I'll spare you 🫡. I'm sure it's delicious 😋.

I found my favorite Hanayuup x Yongbin, so of course I bought it. It has a sweet aroma like tropical fruits. The juicy sweetness is followed by the umami of rice, and the impression is clean and refreshing to the end. The difference in the second half is impressive compared to Ura-Suidama from the same brewery, which we compared at the same time (Suidama is claimed to be dry by the brewer, and the minerality of the rice is felt a little stronger in the second half). Both are delicious.
