My mom tasted it and said it was delicious.

First time! Hanamup and Rikuwada were opened 🎉.
Everyone at Sake-no-wa is raving about Hanamou🌸.
The other day I went to a liquor store for the first time and found it there!
Surprise! ❗️ I never thought I'd find it here 😳
I wasn't planning on it, but I felt like it was fate that brought me here and I bought it 😆.
The store had both Rikuwada and Omachi, and when I was about to buy Omachi, the owner wanted me to try Rikuwada.
When I tried to buy some Yumachi, the owner wanted me to try the Rikuwada. I was told that Rikuwada tastes similar to Jyushiyo, is beautiful, and is less sweet than Omachi.
I thought that I would prefer the sweeter one, but when I heard that it tastes similar to Jyushidai...
The phrase attracted my mind and I decided to go for Rikuwada🤗.
I'll have some right away 🥂.
First, the aroma.
A faintly sweet aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the unique sweetness of rice, followed by umami.
The flavor changes rapidly in the mouth, and in the second half, it is well integrated and finishes well.
No gassiness.
No sourness, bitterness, astringency, or pungency.
But it is strange!
While there are various flavors in the mouth, it finishes nicely.
The sweetness is elegant, the flavor is complex and rich, and the aftertaste is beautiful🤩.
If you ask me if it tastes similar to Jyushiyo, you are right! I can't say for sure, but it was definitely delicious 🥰.

The last bottle we stocked in Akita is Hanayuyuu Omachi.
It has a nice aroma, and the clarity in the mouth gives it a sweet and sour taste that finishes with umami and bitterness, giving us a satisfying feeling that we are drinking Japanese sake.
I usually prefer a simple, refreshing sweet sake made with sweetness and acidity, but I especially like Omachi because it seems to have a clearer outline with its umami and bitterness.

So, we compared the drinks 😋.
Dewa Sanzan is a real sweet sake. The Omachi has a refreshing sweetness with a light bitterness and is more suited for a mealtime drink, which I prefer 😚 so I brought this one home ✨.
I brought this one home and paired it with yakitori sauce, yellowtail sashimi, and fried oysters.
It's not a great match, but it's even better than usual 😭.
I want to drink it again but it's hard to find 🤣.
