Smells like pineapple. It is delicious. The juiciness, bitterness, and robust umami, the pineapple-like acidity and flavor, the refined sugary sweetness, and the rice flavor that reminds you that sake is made from rice are all present in the final stages, with the bitterness spreading and lingering for a long time. The bitterness accumulates. This is the kind of food that makes a good meal, and when you eat a meal with it, the meal is good!

After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious 😋...rather than a food sake 🍶, you can sip this sake 🍶 as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises. It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue. I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious! Drinking this makes me eat a lot of food 🥗🍣. Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol. It is thick and sweet, with less bitterness and umami. It has a nice aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

Sweet and savory. Green apple, the sweetness leaves once but mysteriously reappears in the aftertaste. Cacao syrup. The aroma is so strong that it leaves the palate. It doesn't feel sweet in the mouth, but the lips feel sticky.

Buy at the store A four-pack bottle just arrived at the store, but, you buy it, don't you? It was a once-a-year limited edition Hana Yuu, sweet and tasty, yet sharp and delicious.

REPEAT The best you can drink now If you can't buy it, it's as good as nothing. Thank you for drinking well today! Aroma, umami, and sweetness coexist in the cleanliness. I can say that this is a good sake because there are no elements that stick to the tongue. I will wait until next year when a four-pack will be available again. Thank you very much.

A cup of tears. Yamada Nishiki. The aroma and sweetness of the first half of the cup are very strong. The richness of the umami taste peeks out in the middle part of the cup, and it is gorgeous to the aftertaste.

A gift, a bottle of Rare No. 4. It is still delicious! The aroma is subdued but gorgeously sweet. It is richer than fruity, and yet it is very smooth and clean. There is a slight bitterness in the back, but I think it is designed not to be dulled by the sweetness. Anyway, it is delicious. ☆☆☆☆☆

今日もちょい飲み気分。今週は水曜日以外飲んでる。いつもの帰り道に表に一升瓶が飾ってある店が気になっていたので初訪問。冷蔵庫が二つあり、日本酒が唸っている。どれでも選んで、と言われすぐ目を引いた花邑を頂く。久々だ。甘旨、くどくない、後締まる。やはり美味しい。
