After drinking a little bit of the rest of Abe Black, I opened this bottle 🍶It's been a long time since I've had Hanamup 🍶The top aroma is sweet 🤔It has a little vanilla and peach impression in the mouth 🤔It is gorgeous and sweet 🤔It has a little bit of sourness and bitterness to balance it so it doesn't become too bitter 😋It is one of the Hanamups. The sweetness of this one stands out quite a bit, and the difference in taste from Abé is so great that it gives the impression of being very sweet and delicious 🥰For more information, please refer to ma-ki-'s review 😆.

Today I cleaned up the outside of the house a few times a year and had a leisurely lunchtime drink with my wife.
After lunch, my wife wanted to play tennis on the Switch, so we both worked up a sweat while yelling at each other, lol.
Well, my accompaniment for this lunchtime drinking was Hana Yuu by Ryoseki Shuzo, a brewery I haven't had for a long time!
This time it was Akita Sake Komachi!
After wondering what to drink, I thought it would be a relaxing sweet sake, so I chose this one!
So, let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. It has a sweet and refreshing aroma.
In the mouth, it is sweet and delicious.
It is gorgeous, fruity, and juicy!
Not only is it sweet and refreshing, but the bitter taste balances it out from the mid-palate and makes it delicious!
I felt it was one of the sweetest and most delicious sake I have had recently!
I have a sweet tooth, so I can enjoy it with food, but I think it is a sake that is more enjoyable on its own.
Now that I've recharged myself with sake this weekend, I'll be ready to work hard tomorrow!

Junmai Ginjo made from "Sake Komachi" produced in Akita Prefecture. It has an elegant aroma, peachy sweetness and flavor, and a very cohesive, rich sweet taste.
Hanamura" has become a topic of conversation because Mr. Takagi of Takagi Shuzo, which brews "Jyushiyo", provides technical guidance and supervises everything from rice selection and brewing methods to the label and name.
Ryoseki Shuzo was founded in 1874 and has a brewery in Yuzawa City in southern Akita Prefecture, which is famous for its sake rice. The rice produced in Yuzawa is carefully polished to produce delicious sake. Because of the heavy snowfall in this natural environment, the brewery is blessed with good quality water, and uses "Rikisui," which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as brewing water.
I was able to buy a bottle of sake, so I drank it quickly 😋.
