It's been a while since I've been to Hana Yuu 🌸It's a very spring-like atmosphere 😊.
I made a version without tomato sauce to make a pizza that goes well with sake👍.
Instead of tomato sauce, I used olive oil, salt and pepper, and for a kick, I added soaked spinach (white dashi, soy sauce, mirin) topped with a little Japanese soup stock. I also added a lot of ham and mozzarella, and finally, black pepper! It was quite a good pizza to go with sake 🤗.
And then we had our regular menu of black vinegar salad and potato salad💓 and today we had yakiniku (grilled meat). ⭐︎ added chocolates for dessert 😍 lovely chocolates ‼️
It has sourness, bitterness, spiciness, and is unexpectedly suitable as a food wine 🥰The last time I had it in summer, it was fruity, but this time it has a bitterness that is more pronounced 🌸.
It's fun to enjoy the changes in the same sake from year to year, and the image of the sake can change completely depending on the dishes to which it is paired 😍.
