Banana aroma. Sticky and sweet with a strong sweetness.
It is not heavy and has a slightly astringent aftertaste and sharpness.
It is a delicious sake on its own.
We enjoyed it with tuna butts, Ippohtei's yakisai with lots of onions, grilled beef bacon, and sumashi (clear soup).
I think its strong flavor is not overpowered by the beef oil.
I would like to try it with sukiyaki, meat and potatoes, etc.
