Dewa no Fuji by Sato Sake Brewery, one of the two pillars of the former Yajima Town. It is one of the two mainstays of the old Yajima Town! That's all I can say.
No - just like the name, it has a crisp aftertaste reminiscent of orange! And I regret that I should have drank it at dusk in the summer 😭 but I will enjoy it in the long autumn nights 🎑.
Mr. Yamamoto, you are the best 🍶!
Fruity with just the right amount of acidity. It is so light and easy to drink that it is more like drinking fruit sake than sake! Recommended for sake beginners!
A gift from my wife in Kyoto.
It tastes like a delicious and fruity rice in the mouth, but the aftertaste is classic and sharp! Nada-ku, as it should be! Delicious!
It is best enjoyed on the rocks, and the flavor changes depending on how the ice melts! It was the first time for me to try this and it was a strange taste 🍶.
