Ogi, Saga Prefecture. Koei Kiku Sake Brewery Co.
Koeikiku Seikai Sukai Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
I saw Jive-san drinking it and immediately decided to open a bottle 🤣.
It seems to be Koeikiku's new standard sake.
I'll have it cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a long gas sound.
The glass has a little bit of fine bubbles on it.
The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge.
The top aroma is mild, citrusy, green apple-like and fresh.
The mouthfeel is gassy and slightly viscous.
The nose is juicy, with a hint of muscateliness.
The flavor is a good harmony of umami and acidity, with a sweet and sour taste that fills the mouth.
There is a bitter aftertaste, but it is followed by a minerality that comes back quickly and refreshingly.
The bitterness is not too much, but it is just right.

Good evening, Nemuchi 🌛.
I never thought I would be the one to open the bottle 😲.
I'm sure it's another successful sake terrorism 🤣.
I was curious about what other people were drinking too, so when I found it at Sugidama, I ordered it immediately ✨.
Good morning, Gyve, ☀Good morning, I've been hit by a solid liquor terror 🤣Thanks for the opportunity to open the bottle 🙇 Gyve's store is always inspiring, along with your drinks 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛Your first drink in a week after your business trip & prefectures meeting was this one 😆 After a long time of tiredness, alcohol soaks into your body so easily 😊Oh! This drink would have been easy even if you weren't tired 😁.
Honored chrysanthemum at home. I am happy...
Tastes as good as it looks beautiful. Like grapefruit with a strong sweet perk.
The distant igusa feeling mellows out further after a few days.
It was delicious.
2,200- including tax
Long time no see Koei Kiku 🍶.
I bought it to drink light and pop 😁.
Moderate gassiness 🍶 with some grapefruitiness
A little bit of grapefruit flavor ❓.
The double punch of the sweetness and slight carbonation keeps the drink flowing 😋.
This time of year, all the breweries are putting out their specialties, and the sake is just too good to resist 😅.
After enjoying the autumn foliage at the Kyoto Imperial Palace, I was thirsty, so I went to a restaurant that caught my attention on Google Maps called "Sugidama Sakaiminose".
The system is to purchase 8 picture cards for 2000 yen and pay the required number of cards for each drink or meal.
You also get an extra bill if you hit the winning bill for that week 😁.
Here are the drinks I got with 3 tags ✨
Koeikiku Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma of rice covered with sourness, the sweetness that overflows after it goes down your throat, and the astringent umami on the back, followed by a sweet aroma that finishes off.
I also asked for a side dish with 3 tags, [potato salad with corned horse meat] 😋.
Gyve, welcome to Kyoto 🤗
I haven't been to this store yet 💦You wrote down the system so it's very easy to understand 🙏I'm going to try it next year when I'll be more settled 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
[It was an interesting store 😁.
You can also purchase additional 4 picture cards for 1000 yen, and they will buy them back if you have any left over ✨.
It's also interesting to get the sake you want to drink out of the cellar 🍶.
A liquor store in Tokyo Station has started handling this new product. I was going to buy some sake from the Kanto region, but I couldn't help but pick it up. I had never seen the label before, so I wondered if it was a new release.
I opened the bottle at a hotel on a business trip and started drinking it with a light heart. I think Ki-Mo is the best Kouei-Kiku, but this might be close to it. Now, I wonder if I can finish a bottle in my very small hotel room.
Kouei Chrysanthemum Sukai Seikai
Delicious rice flavor and sweet and sour taste
Delicious with a refreshing taste.
It has a little gasiness.
When you open the cork, there is a popping sound.
Koei Chrysanthemum is my wife (for the 15th time in 9 months)
So, this is Kouei Kiku's Sumikai!
I'm so glad I didn't buy this one... but they only had one bottle, so I had to endure my wife's cold stare as I bought it!
Now, how does it taste...?
Oh, come on! It's still good, isn't it? (Overjoyed)
The sourness comes from a rather light and gentle sweetness, but it's not that strong...it's mild for a Koueikiku...?
I felt a light Yakult aftertaste in the back of the aftertaste... I felt this at the first impression, but after the second sip, I almost didn't feel it anymore, but...
Koeihiku is still delicious...
Good morning, Oudonpan 😃.
A bottle of Chenghai ‼️ was the reason for the quiet bee-bee between my sake wife and my real wife 😆.
We also had a bottle 😋 and it was so refreshingly delicious that it killed us in the blink of an eye because it was a four-pack 😙You're right about the one-pack bottle 🤗.
Thanks again for your comments, Jay & Nobby 😊.
You're right, you're right about this one...it's pretty easy to drink 😋 I still wouldn't miss out on the Kohl's Chrysanthemum!
☀️
Sweet and sour like orange 🍊. The sweetness seems to spread all over the mouth.
There is also a bit of ginjo aroma that gives it a thick and satisfying taste 😊.
