It's been a long time since I've had "Eikoku Chrysanthemum".
At "Sake Bar Tokutouseki" in Fuchu.
As expected, it was delicious and I have no complaints.
Excellent! I want to drink it again.

The aroma is a powerful fruit aroma typical of nama-shu, and the fragrance also suggests the richness of the sake. The taste has a natural lactic acidity typical of Koei Kiku, and although it is sweet, the slightly fizzy and fruity aroma is exquisite.
It is delicious chilled, but also quite interesting when heated. The rich acidity and umami spread out, and the gentle sweetness soothes the body after a long day.
Repeat Score] 2.0
This bottle is a cross between Anastasia Green and Dusk Orange, a collaboration in the brewery, not an in-house collaboration.
Both are my favorite sake, so I'm looking forward to seeing how they taste!
The aroma is citrusy with a hint of fresh green. I can't help but feel that I'm being pulled in by the name and the atmosphere of the label, but that's part of the fun, you know.
The taste has a sweet sudachi-like atmosphere.
It is very well-balanced, with citrusy sweetness and acidity while giving a sense of freshness.
I would love to see more collaborative efforts like this in the future.
Individuals could try mixing Anastasia Green and Dusk Orange, maybe?
The moment I put it in my mouth, I could feel the sweetness spreading and the aftertaste of "Oh, Kouei Kiku".
The label is also nice and fits the image.
It's not the same one, but I was able to reconfirm to myself that I remembered the Kouei Kiku I had drunk before.
The accompaniments were carpaccio of sea bream and meat while watching the moon on the wooden deck on the night before the full moon!
Sake made with Hachitan-Nishiki rice!
The slightly sour sweetness makes it easy to drink.
It is not too sweet...so you can drink it comfortably with a refreshing feeling that lasts until the end.
