☀️
Sweet and sour like orange 🍊. The sweetness seems to spread all over the mouth.
There is also a bit of ginjo aroma that gives it a thick and satisfying taste 😊.
I've been wanting to drink this since I got into sake 🍶Open the bottle with a pleasant spontaneous 💨The top aroma is citrusy and refreshing 🍊The gasiness in the mouth is strong and adds to the freshness 🤤The grapefruit-like bitterness cuts through the sweetness 😋I can't gobble it down at low alcohol levels💕.
Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of Okiku here for the first time in a long time 💁🌼.
Koei Kiku Sukai Seikai 2023BY🌊🌊🌊
Is this a new brand? I was curious about the specs of using 100% special pure polished Yuyamanishiki, which is why I loosened my purse strings 😅.
From the nose, it has the freshness of grapes and a rustic impression of smoked grains. The taste has almost no gas and the impact of sweet and sour like when you eat a grape is just as delicious 🎯😋🐴.
There is a decent amount of bitterness in the aftertaste, which is also nice 🤩.
Oh, I'm tempted to try the Sunokure Yamadanishiki and some of the others in this season's lineup again 😊.
Hello, Kirataso 😃.
When I see the new Koei Chrysanthemum ‼️, I buy it without thinking about my wallet👛🤗We had it the other day and it was a refreshing 14 degrees and it killed the deal in an instant😋All Koei Chrysanthemums are delicious 😙.
Kouei Kiku's first year-round product!
A light touch of rice flavor and sweetness spreads from the palate.
The acidity is mild for a Kouei Kiku, and I personally feel that it is quite light in flavor along with Bikun.
I hear that the sake rice used changes depending on the time of year, so I am looking forward to the future!
When I came to the store, the manager told me that there were about four different kinds of chrysanthemums for the day.
The third kind of oriented chrysanthemum is this one, Snoclette!
I just saw this one on SNS too!
And it's open-mouthed!
The manager slowly stirred the sake and poured it into the sake cup!
The amount of ori is the largest!
The attack in the mouth is the best of the day!
The feeling of the micro bubbles!
It is delicious!
Just as expected!
I wanted to refill this one, too, but I was told there was more to come.

I went to Fukurokuju, my home brewery.
The manager asked me if I had left some Sukai Seikai Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake. Did you drink it?
I had been curious about it since I saw it on SNS, but it was hard to find it in any stores.
The light blue 🩵 on the label
It's beautiful.
The manager said it was the kind of sake that makes you feel at ease when you drink it at the end of a night of drinking various kinds of sake.
I had it right off the bat!
Relatively robust for a Koueikiku!
But I can understand the manager's point somehow.
Sky debut!
I thought Kouei Kiku didn't call itself Junmai, Toku Junmai, or Jungin, but this time it was called Tokusen Junmai (special junmai).
So I'm convinced it had a solid taste!
I am looking forward to another Kouei Kiku!

Koueikiku finally releases its standard sake.
Kouei Chrysanthemum Seikai
The aroma is quite strong with a cemedine smell.
Taste is surprisingly clean, sweet and sour! Unlike the aroma, it is light and easy to drink! (Is the acidity typical of Koeikiku still present? ) 😌
This will be their standard sake from now on! I think I'll buy a bottle because as usual, a bottle is more cost-effective! 😍😍
Snoclet delicious again this year 😋I drank it for the first time 😋 I've been waiting for this season, it was fresh and quite gassy as expected 🫧I was in a hurry to open it halfway even though I was careful to open the bottle ⚠️ 😅
Come sharp and disappear like snow
Lightly cloudy with many small bubbles in the glass. Banana, slightly cemedine-like aroma. Sharp mouthfeel, followed by a fresh gasiness and mellowness. After a cedar-like overtone, it is crisp and clean.

The name "Seikai" comes from the idea of brewing sake with a fresh and clean image like the sea of clouds in the sky.
A newly created standard sake! You have to drink it 😘.
The smell after opening the bottle is citrusy.
On the palate it's grape? 🤔The acidity makes it fresh like Delaware and the fresh sweet aroma fills your mouth!
From the fresh sweetness in the mouth, the taste suddenly changes from the initial sourness to astringency? Pungency? It disappears with a moderate lingering taste 😘.
It feels light at first, but no, no! I think it is quite a modern taste 😘.
Delicious!
In the afternoon, I'm attending a committee meeting of the association to which the company belongs, and then going straight to the first year-end party of this winter 🍶.
Posting from the train on the way 🚃💨.
Hello, kozo 😃.
Koei Chrysanthemum, looks very tasty 😋.
I've never had it 😅.
I see it's already time for the year-end party 🍶.
Have fun at the first one 👍I hope you find some good sake ✨.
Hello, Koizo 😃.
Hi Kozou-san! I'm glad you went 🤗It's a refreshingly good bottle 😋14 degrees is a nice drink 😙December is the season for year-end parties...the year goes by so fast 😌.
Ms. Hinahana
Hello 😘.
Koei Kiku is a delicious sake with a refreshing sour taste 😘The year-end party was a general all-you-can-drink affair so I drank 🍺 throughout 😅I drank a lot of gin at a darts bar at a local station on my way home 🤣.
Mr. Jay & Ms. Nobby
Hi there...
It was as good as J&N's repo!
The acidity of Kouei Chrysanthemum is different from that of Senkou, which is also deliciously acidic, so when you see it... 😘.
A year early 🏃💨
Good evening, kozo🦉.
I'd like to drink this label: ❣️ It seems to taste like Kouei Chrysanthemum 😊.
Yesterday I gave up on this one too 😅I really get lost this time of year💦I've been around liquor stores 3 times like a tuna 🤣.
Pon.
Good morning...
I too have been lost in the liquor store recently 😅I've been going around as well 🤣.
It's Koei Kiku with a delicious sourness different from Sentori's 😘.
