I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it.
The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy?
It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive.
I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.
I bought this at a liquor store in Nasu. I bought this one because the Nanamizu I bought here last year was delicious. According to the liquor store, this is the second best Nanamizu. It has a clean taste with a sweetness followed by a bitterness.

The rich aroma, fruitiness and lingering aftertaste are all very rich and deep.

It has a fruity mouthfeel with a hint of acidity. The bitterness lingers slightly at the end. It is made from Omachi rice, but it does not have much gravity even though it is rolled around in the mouth. It is easy to drink, so be careful!

Nanamizu Namemoto Junmai Ginjo Omachi
I found this rare sake at a sake shop in Tochigi. I bought this one because it is a combination of my favorite sake made with Omachi and a traditional sake brewer's yeast yeast yeast. The aroma is slightly citrusy. It has a little sweetness and sourness. After about 3 days, the sweetness and sourness unite and become mellow and delicious. I would like to buy a bottle and drink it slowly.

Well... the umami part is not quite to my liking... the strain is great but where is the Omachi 😅
But...on the second day😳
The umami of Omachi's character is in full bloom!
No swelling at all, which I didn't like! It goes perfectly with grilled fish....yum....

The shopkeeper recommended it to me and I bought it.
After drinking Senkou, I was surprised to taste it.
Not too sweet, not too spicy, and you can taste the rice flavor.
The waitress said I drank it in one day, but I can't do it lol.
