At home. My first Nanamizu. When opening the bottle, there is a fizzy feeling. The aroma is muscat, and when you put it in your mouth, in addition to the fizzy feeling, there is a strong sweetness, followed by sourness and umami. The bitterness is felt at the end, but it is easy to drink. I think the description on the back is right on target. It is an excellent product that is very easy to drink.

Nanamizu FOUR-SEASONS WINTER (Activated Nigori Nama Shu) 1800ml Rice used: Yumesasara 100% (unmatched rice) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. It arrived together with a large amount of Kangiku that I had reserved since the end of last year. My fridge is full again😅. This may be my first Nanamizu. Fresh, juicy, fruity! I wonder if it tastes like this because it's Yume-Sarara. It's Sunday and I'm drinking too much.

Home Drinking Arai Sake Shop Oh voluptuous! I like the balance of sweetness and acidity. ‼️ Dry comes at the end: ‼️ Great with chicken ham, although the snacks you pair it with give it a moldy feel ❤.

The first sake of 2025! Unlike Senkyu Snowball, this sake has a strong sweetness, but the acidity of the raw sake gives it the best balance! This is my favorite nigori sake!

I visited Daily Yamazaki (Matsumasa Sake Shop) in my neighborhood for the first time in half a year and bought it. I knew that this was a special distributor of Nanamizu, but I had passed on it because I didn't know much about the brand and had been drinking Tochigi quite a bit😅. I didn't know what kind of taste it had, but I was afraid to try it and found it to be a sweet and juicy one. This is very tasty. There were 3 other specs and chrysanthemum at the store, so I plan to try some of them. Thus, the complete map was getting farther and farther away, and the color of Tochigi was getting darker and darker...

Good evening! I have so many unposted items that I don't know where to start! I'm lost! 😄 For now, I'll start with what I drank today😃. I can't find Nanamizu in the city very often. But it tasted so good the last time I drank it. I bought it when I went to Kitakyushu! It was still a cold day, but it was a spring version 🌸. The aroma is not so sweet But when you put it in your mouth Oh... oh... Is this cherry, cherry, or strawberry? Gentle sweetness. Spring is in my mouth......the world is thawing...! ↑upI've been reading "Kami no Shizuku" on LINE Manga recently and I wanted to say it well, but I couldn't. I couldn't do it 😂😂. I'm not sure I could do it 😂😂! (I'm so glad you like it!)

This year's Nigorinpik is a select few. Toraya used an unusual technique in that they used an original sake rice developed by Tochigi Prefecture [Yumesasara], which is not considered to be a good rice for sake brewing. Whether this is the reason or not is unclear, but it is clear and dry with a hint of sweetness? The LaFrance aroma is irresistible. Toraya's technique is well done!
