Oh my, I have a year old one at the liquor store ⁉︎😳 but I think it will be fine as long as the temperature is properly controlled 😉 We had a stuffy fridge 😅I'd say it smells a little bit 🤏 of old incense 😌.

It has a good acidity and clear taste. I am eating it with horse mackerel meuniere and it went too well with it. ☺️ It is a good sake to drink with a meal as it does not have much sweetness.
I've had it in my mouth at pubs, but this is the first time I've bought it myself.
I don't do it, but I drink it while licking salt, a real drinker? My father? It's good for me!
Junmai sake is great because there is no mixture.
