100% Tochigi Prefecture sake brewing rice "Yumesasara" is used. This sweet-juicy type sake is characterized by its juicy pineapple aroma, fresh flavor, and a fusion of acidity. A casual Junmai Daiginjo with a clean, refreshing mouthfeel that is easy to pair with "food". The atmosphere of convergence is slightly to bitter.

The product name "agurio" is a coined word combining the Spanish word "agrio" meaning "sour" and "gurio," the nickname of the staff member in charge of planning this product. The clear and refreshing flavor that was well-received in the previous issue has been retained, while the sweetness and umami are at the core, supporting the overall image.
The convergence has a slightly bitter taste.
