It's clear that umami is not a polish...! It tastes so good! No sake smell and just the right amount of sweetness and aroma! I received it as a tax payment from my hometown, but I would normally buy more!

If you say it is typical of sake, it is. Personally, I find it lacking. It doesn't have a bad smell of sake, but it doesn't have depth. There are definitely people who want to drink this kind of sake all the time. It's probably the kind of sake that is best suited for drinking in large quantities and gulping down. I like to drink it for a long time, so I'm not that into it.

It's refreshing. It doesn't leave a weird feeling on the tongue, but the acidity and sweetness are strong enough to leave a lasting impression. I bought it because of the cute bottle, but the look and taste pretty much match. I think girls will like it!

I really like this one. I have the image that Kyushu sake has a lot of gusto, but this one has a refreshing sweetness that makes it easy to drink!

Maybe a little harsh. I don't dislike it, but people who don't like sake may not like it.

Slightly sweet and crisp on the tongue. But none of them are too strong, so it's very easy to drink. It's not microcarbonated or anything, but there's a little squirtiness to it, which I thought was perfect for a hot day.

Fruity! Sweet, but without a strange residue. It has a liqueur-like taste that you get from sparkling sake, but it's still sake, so there's no unpleasant taste! Even if you don't like sake, you can enjoy it!

Sparkling Sake It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and doesn't have too many habits characteristic of sake. I don't drink sparkling sake very often, so I don't know. It has a strength of 10, so you feel like you're drinking it! I would like to drink it with fruits. I might like to drink it with fruits.

I bought this at the Expo! This deep - it's 35% polished, but I feel like only the necessary parts are left. The sweetness is not sticky, it flows nicely, but only the aroma and umami are left. It's not cheap, so it's good if you can drink it once in a while.

Very easy to drink! The aroma is just right and the habit is just right. It has a slightly fruity, fruity acidity, but it never goes beyond the realm of sake. It's like an all-rounder. Maybe some people like it without more quirks, that's what I'm talking about! I like it!

Spicy. Sake that gives you only the information that "you are drinking sake now". There is not much depth or sweetness. Maybe it's to my taste, but I'm the type of person who wants to enjoy the aroma of koji (malted rice), so it wasn't enough for me.

Sweet and fruity like a mango, more of an apple-mango than a mango, with a fresh aroma. It's fruity, but less acidic and easier to drink. The sake level is -28, so how much mottled sweetness is there...? I thought it would be a little too sweet, but it doesn't linger on the tongue at all. The texture and aftertaste exist separately.

Softly fragrant koji rice with a deep bitterness. When it flows on the tongue, it leaves a little bit of a habit, which is addictive.

Soft sourness and sweetness. About as sour as a honey plum with little salt. The texture is a bit sharp, but it is too easy to drink. It's surprisingly tasty. I would recommend this sake to people who don't like sake.
