The next drink was a low-alcohol version of Ojiro's Watership No. 2 They say it is No. 9 yeast. I have had a low alcohol version of Ginbukiyo in the past, but unlike Ginbukiyoyo, I didn't feel the fruity flavor. It has the same umami flavor despite its low alcohol content. It's more robust than Ginbukiyo. I googled and found very little information on the availability at liquor stores, but I wonder if it's rare. I've had it in the past, so I'll skip this one. Shugetsu Tsuki no Himuro Special Junmai Namaishu Momonosato Rin to Sakke Hana Junmai Ginjo (no picture) I also drank Rin to Sakkehana was the sake brought by pyonpyon at the Hankai Train Off-line Meeting😊. I heard it looked like it could be handled by Momo no Sato, but they said it was too sweet and they wouldn't put it there.... Too bad😥.

I was supposed to have a second drink at Izakaya 🚄...but I had a blast🤣. I had it after I got home safely 😁. My first brand, Daijiro. Kansai sake, selected for the classic feel of the label. It is a dry sake just like the impression on the label. It is the type of sake that I would not buy in a four-cup bottle, but in a one-cup bottle, it is just right 😁.
