Rice Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Kinmon-Nishiki produced in Kijimadaira, Nagano Prefecture Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume I was going to go to Nagano next week from Tuesday, but at 17:00 on Friday, I suddenly decided to go on Monday, and I had to work super late to prepare for the trip 😭 I was exhausted, so I had this Masamune. The sourness and bitterness are more pronounced when drunk chilled. The aroma when you open the bottle is very sweet. It was a delicious sake with a summery taste. And the next day, I had to go to the gym from 8:00 a.m., so I took plenty of water and went to bed. The tension of not being able to fall asleep, I wish I had that every time 😆.
