Urasato from the same brewery is popular, but this one, which is a little more classic, is also delicious.
It has a melon-flavored, moderately sweet and refreshing taste. The finish is crisp and dry. The fruity and dry taste is a perfect balance.

Actually, we also have a bottle of Urasato Light Nigori Honkai on standby, but we opened this bottle first. Well, none of them are a miss.
It is not too sweet or too spicy, but well-balanced and fresh.
My wife drank one and I drank the rest. I should have had a bottle of the strongest cosmetics 🥲.
I love Kirizukuba and drink a lot of it, but this one seems to use Kumamoto yeast.
The label is also stylish.

Kirizukuba "Kogiri" brewed with Koro's Kumamoto yeast 🍶.
A sweet, refreshing sake with a touch of literary eroticism, modestly concealing an inner glamour that cannot be hidden 🍶.
This sake was brewed by Chikara Urasato, my favorite master brewer, using the "winning formula" of "Kumamoto yeast and Yamada Nishiki" as a tribute to the Kumamoto Prefectural Sake Brewing Institute, where he did his internship at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
The appearance is silver crystal, almost transparent.
The aroma is fresh and discreetly gorgeous.
Pear, white peach, melon, and banana covered with faint volatile aroma.
Rice aroma about the size of a white dumpling.
When you drink it, a juicy, dark sweetness spreads from the smooth texture.
Rounded and firm acidity accompanies the sweetness.
The volatile aroma of the hint of fragrance passes through refreshingly and flows with a clear umami flavor to finish.
The sharpness is very good and the aftertaste is rather long.
Oh, it's really delicious! It is very tasty.
The bright sweet and tasty flavors spread out in a good hardness or transparency with a wonderful sense of balance without being clingy or overdone. ☺️

This sake was recommended to my brother-in-law in Ibaraki by his local sake-loving boss. On the first day of opening the bottle, there was an austerity like THE sake, but after a few days, the heaviness was removed and there was a gorgeous aroma and sharpness. It depends on your taste, but I prefer the taste after a few days.

It has a flat taste with a moderate sweetness. The calmness is typical of Kiritsukuba, but there is a kind of strength that comes rushing in, which gives a different impression from usual Kiritsukuba 🤔.

It is sold in local supermarkets, but it is not to be underestimated 🤭.
This is a new sake light nigori from Kirizukuba.
This is also the sake we drank at the year-end party🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the freshness of new sake and the slight carbonation.
It has a slight nigori sweetness and a slight astringent taste that finishes with a kick.
The dryness is less than last year's, and it feels well-balanced.
