Purchased at Tomekawa Sake Shop, aka Crazy Salad Pavilion.
Uses Kumamoto yeast.
It has a flat taste with a moderate sweetness. The calmness is typical of Kiritsukuba, but there is a kind of strength that comes rushing in, which gives a different impression from usual Kiritsukuba 🤔.
It's different from usual but I personally like it 😋.
Happy New Year, Kuri the Forester 🌅.
Kiri-Tsukuba-san! It ranks high on my list of sake to drink now 😋 I will drink it this year: ‼️
I look forward to working with you this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
Jay & Nobby.
Happy New Year!
I would like to recommend you to try Kirizukuba, which is a highly recommended local sake.
It is sold in local supermarkets, but it is not to be underestimated 🤭.
This is a new sake light nigori from Kirizukuba.
This is also the sake we drank at the year-end party🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the freshness of new sake and the slight carbonation.
It has a slight nigori sweetness and a slight astringent taste that finishes with a kick.
The dryness is less than last year's, and it feels well-balanced.
It was delicious 🍶.
Milky Queen and Princess Michiko yeast from Ami Town, Ibaraki Prefecture
At the crazy salad hall, Tomegawa Sake Shop
I was also interested in Blue Rose, but bought this one because it was sweeter.
It is indeed gorgeous and has a firm sweet flavor. It's rich, slightly smooth, and delicious!
A little different from the Urasato and Kiri-Tsukuba I have had so far.
It is a dark sweet sake.
I wonder how people who usually like Urasato and Kiri-Tsukuba would feel about it.
Hello bouken😃Happy New Year 🌅.
Kiri-Tsukuba is the one I want to drink now! But I hope it's not too sweet 😅.
I look forward to working with you again this year along with Tochigi love 🥰: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
Happy New Year, bouken! ㊗️
I remember how impressed I was last year when the toji-san poured us a glass of this sake at an event 😇.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇🙇.
Jay & Nobby, Happy New Year 🌅.
I thought I could recommend other misty chikuba because they are not as sweet as the gorilla 🤔 I will be Tochigi Ai🥰 this month and I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
Happy New Year to you, Yasbay🎍.
I'm so jealous that you got to meet Chikara 😆.
This was delicious 😋.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
Homecoming Series ④
I went back home!
This is the No. 1 local sake brewed by a high school senior.
It is young and fizzy (slightly sparkling) because it was pressed for the first time.
I enjoy it every year without any change!
It is shipped to metropolitan areas under the name "Urasato".
Tomekawa 3rd generation tasting party to taste the guesses (2)
Urasato Sake Brewery is well-known as Tomegawa Sake Brewery.
The reason I started going to this liquor store is because they started selling Urasato Sake Brewery's sake.
This is Urasato Sake Brewery's excellent sake!
This sake has won 4 different awards 😳!
Polishing ratio 40%, list price 6600 yen 😳.
You can really get the sense that this is the pinnacle of this brewery!
The taste is similar to the other Kirizukuba and Urasato, but with a refined and elegant taste 😋.
High-end Muscat? Fine Muscat?
The third one is a love letter from Chikara 😁.
She wrote what kind of prize she won and what kind of sake it is!
The fourth one is from the owner.
At the "Ibaraki Local Sake Tour" held at the Mito Station Building
Kirizukuba's new series
First use of Kumamoto yeast (according to the brewer, the president of the brewery gets angry when he says the name "No. 9")
Koumu" is a combination of "Kororo" and "Kiri-Tsukuba".
Gentle ginjo aroma and moderate acidity
The body is full and soft.
Unprecedented Kiri-Tsukuba
Great expectations!
I should have drunk more!
I was happy that I could talk to each brewery at this event, but it was a waste of time because there were not enough visitors due to the lack of publicity.
Hi bap 😃
Mr. Foggy Tsukuba! I'm curious about this bottle now and want to drink it 🤗The third picture, it looks like it's ready to go, but it's a pity that it wasn't recognized 🥲.
From a senior member of the company
I recently started drinking sake, and this was one of the items he gave me because he hadn't been drinking it 😆.
It is labeled as "light and dry", but it is not that light and dry, and I could feel the umami with a moderate sweetness 😊.
It has a sharpness to it.
Tonight I had it with hot bean curd and it made my mouth feel refreshed 🤤.
