Today is my personal Memorial Day✨. After work is over and the family is asleep, let's celebrate our anniversary slowly with a glass of wine alone 😁. Well, I had already decided what bottle to open, but before that, I opened this one that I got the other day 🍶 and had a glass of wine. Kirizukuba Daiginjo Sannenshu [Chikara]. The aroma is fresh and serene, with a sweet aroma of rice that makes it hard to believe it has been aged for several years, a soft and slightly fragrant sweetness that quickly fades, a deep and pleasant aftertaste that makes you take a couple of deep breaths, and a softly tinged aftertaste at the end. You don't need any accompaniments for this sake, you just want to drink it slowly and carefully. What a surprise 💡They took the label from the real thing and made a bottle for souvenir 😲. Hats off to Aladdin's taste 💦. By the way, I'm just appropriating Aladdin's post, but "Chikara" was named after Dr. Chikara Ogawa, who discovered Ogawa yeast. I've been curious about Buyu Cycle Ogawa yeast for a long time now, and this was the one that stuck out to me. Thank you very much, Aladdin, for this precious sake 🙇.

It's my first time in the ♡♡♡ Fog Tsukuba ✨🥂✨. Sweet and clean aroma... First of all, the top clear 💦... wow... 〰︎ acid bitter 💦. Mix it well and.... Slight sweetness and then a little bit of sourness and bitterness.... Super refreshing with sourness and bitterness Extremely dry! It's like eating grapefruit with baking soda It's like eating baking soda on a dried grapefruit 😄. This is alsobeaked. ‼️ It doesn't feel like that at all😳 When combined with gari It's nice and fluffy and sweet 😋♪

Today, July 1, marks the beginning of a new brewing year. We look forward to serving you again in R6BY. On such a day, we will be having a very special one. This sake is named after Dr. Chikara Ogawa, the developer of Ogawa yeast, who aged Kirizukuba Daiginjo in ice temperature for 3 years. The appearance is pale yellow crystal. The aroma is rich with soft and elegant green melon flesh, with slight notes of yellow apple and pear freshness, and a veil of rice aroma like white dumplings. The texture is just gentle and soft. The fine sweetness and umami spread smoothly, and the sweet melon aroma spreads gracefully. While the round, mellow sweetness and umami are pleasantly felt on the tongue, the cool acidity leaves a gradually drying sensation, and sometimes leaves a powerful impression on the nose. The finish is crisp, with a lingering warmth that is permeated by the alcohol, leaving only a very subtle astringency. This BY, I would like to continue my studies and deepen my own sake knowledge and experience so as not to be outdone by such a wonderful sake, and to be able to provide more accurate and interesting information. In the process, it would be great if I could be blessed with an intoxicating sake connection😊.

Report on the 7th Sake Tasting Party (1)-6 I enjoyed talking with the sake and brewery staff so much that I did not take proper pictures of the sake 🙇 Please forgive me for that. The 6th sake from Urasato Sake Brewery (Ibaraki Prefecture). It is "Kiri-Tsukuba Blue Rose Mild Nigori Nama Sake". This sake is a test brew using a new yeast collected from roses in Ibaraki Prefecture. I forgot to drink Sakura Sho, the seventh sake from Urasato Sake Brewery, so this is the last report on Urasato Sake Brewery. And no notes! If you are interested in the taste, etc., please check back in the past 🙇. If I recall, it is a light, dry nigori with a hint of gas. I thought it was very similar to Kiri-Tsukuba's first pressing light nigori. Moreover, it has a refreshing aroma of apples and pears, and the refreshing taste makes it a terrifyingly magical sake that goes down smoothly. Incidentally, when I asked about it, brewers' alcohol was added in a relatively large amount! Even so, the fact that there is no sense of discomfort from the addition of alcohol is one of the quintessential characteristics of this sake. So far, it was a great event for us to meet our favorite toji and talk with him over a glass of sake brewed by him! Continue to other breweries: 🎞️

The fifth sake from Urasato Sake Brewery (Ibaraki Prefecture). The fifth sake from Urasato Sake Brewery (Ibaraki Prefecture), "Kirizukuba Junmai Daiginjyo Award-winning Commemorative Sake". This is a really nice one from Kiri-Tsukuba, which is consumed nearly 90% locally in Ibaraki Prefecture. The popup reads, "This is a Junmai Daiginjo that has won all the official sake competitions." 😳. My note was "Beautiful mouthfeel from the gentle aroma. Dry but soft and sweet. Just beautiful and fine quality. Gentle and clean dry taste that is typical of Kirizukuba". In fact, this was the first sake I drank at this event. I thought that if I didn't taste the sake from the sake competition, I wouldn't be able to taste the flavor and aroma of the many unusual sakes, and more importantly, the sake would be sold out and gone! As a child who likes modern, gassy, gorgeous, sweet and delicious sake, this is not a taste that will appeal to my taste buds, but I felt that it was a beautiful and beautiful sake made up of very fine and delicate balance. It was a good experience for my palate 🍶.

Although the proprietress of the liquor store told me it was sweet, I bought it because of the high praise for sakewa and the word "industry-academia-government collaboration" ✨. As a result, I don't remember the taste well because I drank a little bit of this and a little bit of Sandeshi the other day and opened a souvenir from Sendai 🤣It was a light calpis feeling, a little bit of saké, and not too sweet with a refreshing aftertaste that killed me instantly 😱. My friend came to my house on the way and we got involved and drank so much that I fell asleep and worried about my kids... I was pissed later on 🤣. Sake tasting party ① Today I went to a sake tasting party in Izumiotsu 😀. It was a fun gathering of young and energetic toji (master brewers) 😀. We were able to meet up with Aladdin-san at the venue and also met Mr. Kawada-san from Chuin 😀. Ten breweries had prepared 70 bottles of sake, but Aladdin advised us to start with the limited edition sake that was likely to run out soon... so we started with Urasato's Kirizukuba award-winning commemorative sake 😀. A commemorative photo with Mr. Chikara, the toji of Urasato 😀 He was a cool guy with a small face. He was a cool guy with a small face, but all the sake was delicious 😀. Just the other day, I was impressed by the light nigori 2, and now I'm an even bigger fan of the Blue Rose light nigori and others 😇.

My first impression was definitely Mikan🍊. When I stopped by a liquor store on a business trip to Tsukuba to pick up some Urasato, I was recommended the Kiri-Tsukuba Fukuremikan, which is sold exclusively at this store, as a souvenir. The aroma and taste were strangely mikan🍊. The next day and the day after that, as time went by, the taste settled down. The rich sweetness seems to stay with you for a long time.
