Like the previous post, I received this as a souvenir from a friend's trip to Nagano, Japan!
This is my first brand too!
Cold sake.
Characteristic sweetness that lingers on the tongue
Mellow but rather sweet
The aftertaste is long.
Purchased in-store at Hanshin Department Store.
I heard that most of them are sold locally, so the sales are limited to the number of units in the store.
I am weak against limited editions, so I bought it reflexively.
Not sure about the effect of dam aging, but it has a mellow mouthfeel for a dry sake!
Delicious sake!

Nagano business trip ㉛
We had Chikumagari Nishiki Kakko from the supermarket 😀.
It was like a well-balanced light and dry sake 😚👍✨ with a moderate sweetness, beautiful umami and acidity, and a slight bitterness at the end😊😚👍✨It was delicious 🥳.
Overall 7 (out of 10)
I bought this from Chikuma Nishiki Brewery😃.
According to the description.
The description says it has a "bouncy freshness and a full-bodied drinking experience."
The description says it is "characterized by its bouncy freshness and full-bodied flavor".
It feels like a simple, robust, dry sake 😋.
The main flavor is the spiciness, but there is not much of a "combination of other flavors...",
It is a simple, robust, dry sake. I think it will be a good match for those who like dry sake👍.
I served it chilled.
I was able to enjoy it chilled.

I bought this original sake at TSURUYA supermarket in Nagano, Japan.
It was a very reasonably priced sake, so I wondered what it would be like.
The aroma is very fruity.
It has a sweet, yet crisp taste.
It is quite good.
High quality.
◾️SAKE POST Products
A strange sake that tastes sweet at first sip, but after the second sip, the sweetness is less noticeable and settles into a clean and refreshing taste 🍶.
I would like to drink some more👍
I received this as a gift from a person from Nagano. It had a simple boar's mouth on the cap, and I wondered if it was designed to be drunk on the bullet train.
Chikumanishiki Brewery
Hoshi☆no-Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo/Daiginjo
This brewery is located in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.
Both are made from 39% polished "Yamadanishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture.
Gorgeous aroma and gentle rice flavor,
and a smooth, pleasant aftertaste.
The Daiginjo is slightly refreshing and light,
Junmai Daiginjo has a full-bodied taste.
#Sake
My son bought it for me as a souvenir from Nagano.
It had the strongest sake-like flavor of any sake I have had recently. My son and I drank it together very quickly.
The bottle was a very nice design and a good souvenir.
