First Chikumonishiki active junmai nama sake, 1,375 yen-. It was a fresh yet punchy, robust and dark sake. Is this the effect of unfiltered, unpasteurized, and unpasteurized water? It may be difficult to get it again as it is limited in quantity, but I would buy it again if I could come across it.

Year-end sake review. At "Sake" at Nagano Station. The brewery of "Rivant 7" which was very sweet and good. Tasted it for the first time. It has an apple-like sweetness. It starts with an apple-like sweetness. Ori" gives a sticky-sweet impression. There is a bitter aftertaste and a little bit of alcohol.

Kore, absurdly delicious ❗️ Delicious ❗️ It's gassy and full-bodied, and the fact that it's umami and not so refined is also good. This is a bottle that made me realize how much I have come to like umami and sweetness.

千曲錦活性純米生原酒香り:ガッツリ甘い香り。ほんの少しメロンも。味わい:こちらもちゃんと甘い。酸もほんのりある。清涼感のあるスースー感でフィニッシュ。結構好みの味わい。
