Chikumanishiki Brewery
Hoshi☆no-Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo/Daiginjo
This brewery is located in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.
Both are made from 39% polished "Yamadanishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture.
Gorgeous aroma and gentle rice flavor,
and a smooth, pleasant aftertaste.
The Daiginjo is slightly refreshing and light,
Junmai Daiginjo has a full-bodied taste.
#Sake
My son bought it for me as a souvenir from Nagano.
It had the strongest sake-like flavor of any sake I have had recently. My son and I drank it together very quickly.
The bottle was a very nice design and a good souvenir.

Nagano business trip No. ⑰
I went to Chikumonishiki Brewery in Saku City to buy some sake.
The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma 😊The flavor in the mouth is robust😇I can also taste a hint of sweetness ✨The finish is clean and crisp 😚👍.
It's a delicious sake with excellent cost performance and easy drinking.
The fourth picture shows today's fireworks display in Ueda. We watched the fireworks from the Leo Palace where we are staying.
Good morning, Maechen 🐥.
Fireworks watching sake! How quaint 🍶🎆If you can see it from your room, you can go get it right away if you run out 😆.
Even though it's hot, I feel Obon is approaching when I hear about the fireworks display 😊.
Hi Pon 🌇😀😀
Good to see fireworks🎆 with the window open👍🌟I had to bend my neck 90° to see them, so my neck was stuck on the side 😭It was nice to see fireworks🎇 too after a long time😇
It's too muddy and blobby.
because it doesn't open so easily.
I couldn't wait any longer
I got this one handsome.
Hmmm...
It's just like sake, but...
But it's not too strong.
Well-balanced
Jackets. Hokuriku Shinkansen and famous places. Lovely.
It tastes sweet and sour, something like something, but I didn't know what it was until the end.
It is somewhat peculiar.
