My wife bought this sake from Nagano Prefecture.
The trial size of 300 ml was surprisingly good.
Immediately after opening the bottle, there was an aroma of rice.
It tastes like white wine.
First, there is acidity and a hint of astringency. Sweetness.
We are wine lovers, and this is a sake that we would like to keep in our memories as a good choice.
The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`)
A surprisingly priced 10 years old sake that had been lying in the depths of the brewery.
It has a very beautiful ripeness, and the pleasant aroma that passes through the nose is very elegant.
There is also a part where I think it is a little herb-like.
I've never had herbs before.
It was indeed a precious feeling that the price speaks for itself!
I am grateful that the storehouse staff went out of their way to stop me and let me experience it!
I can't buy it, though!
Also, it was a new thing that they wrote "tap water" in the "suitable" column!
I wonder if he didn't want to use tap water, or if tap water really goes well with the sake.
The other sake was quite aggressive, such as KOIKEYA Karamucho and Big Mac, so I thought it was an interesting sake brewery!
Uraigiyama Super Dry Junmai Daiginjo
The aroma is dry and light.
The flavor comes slowly with a mellow richness.
This is also good!
If I see it, I want to buy it because it is not that expensive!
What's for dinner tonight? I asked him what he had for dinner tonight, and he said oden. I was muttering to myself, "Isn't there a lot of oden these days? But the ingredients were totally different from usual. The frozen takoyaki had soaked up the broth and looked like Akashiyaki. I was surprised to see shrimp and octopus.
Today, in an attempt to "buy sake at the Co-op," I bought a bottle of Chikuma-Nishiki from Nagano Prefecture, at room temperature.
It is a light golden color and has a strong sake taste. I enjoy it alternately with oden soup stock. It goes really well with boiled quail eggs.
If you like easy-drinking sake, you may feel that it has a strong sake taste. I would like to try it lukewarm next time.
Preference 70%.
Color Clear and colorless
Nose: Not noticeable from the glass, but a little peculiar on the palate
Taste: As peculiar as the mouth aroma.
Overall impression: I bought it because I don't remember when I drank it before, but if I had remembered the taste, I wouldn't have repeated it.
At NIhonshu shika in Nara
Chikuma-Nishiki Nigori Sake 🍶.
It is so rich that you would think it was twice as thick as Endo Shuzo's Dobu.
It is dry, not sweet, and has a strong rice flavor.
Hi Usagoden 😃
It is intoxicating to have a drink at the birthplace of CHUIN. ☺️ I envy you that you are geographically close to us!
I would like to go congratulate Murata-san aka shika-san for passing the SAKE DIPLOMA, but it's too far away...
Aladdin-san, that Murata-san was interested in SAKE NO WANI and created an account. So we posted this at the store to follow each other. I would like to participate in the offline meeting, but it will be difficult because of the store 🐰💦.
Congratulations again on passing the test, Rabbit🐰🎉🎊!
I wonder if the store passed at the same time as you, congratulations! The sake wawa solicitations are great ✨.
You have a solid nigori in Chikuma Nishiki as well 😳.
This is the second drink! The picture is blurry...
We were served a sake that was not on the menu!
Our first Chikuma-Nishiki Jungin from Nagano!
It was a delicious sake with a nice matured taste, cinnamon-like flavor, slight sweetness, roundness and depth!
I felt my body gradually warmed up. ☀️
It's fun to drink good sake with good friends 😃.
The third stage of a sake brewery in Saku City. It has a dry taste with a little sweetness from the rice. I would have preferred a little more umami and acidity. We are looking forward to the Daiginjo we got at the sake brewery's new sake festival.
Completely bought the packet.
It has a caramel-like aroma and a delicious flavor. I started drinking it cold, but I think it would be better hot. It's finally the season to enjoy hot sake.
I participated in the Chikumanishiki Sake Brewery open house event. This event is held twice a year in spring and fall.
Is this an event-only sake?
It is a combination of Miyamanishiki and Yamae Nishiki, the pride of Nagano Prefecture's sake rice.
Assemblage in wine.
Blended in whiskey.
[Aroma
Although the rice polishing ratio is 39%, the aroma is not so strong. This may be due to the nature of sake rice.
The main aroma is sourness, and it is refreshing.
Sour aroma of apple and pineapple, aroma of rice hulls. Aroma like orange peel. There is also a sense of alcohol.
There are sweetness of rice and spiciness of sake in the citrus aroma. Such aroma.
Taste.
On the palate, there is a fresh sweetness like apple, pineapple, peach, and muscat on the tongue.
However, the sweet fruity sensation is fleeting, and the mouth and nostrils are immediately flooded with sourness and pungency.
In the aftertaste, the aforementioned sourness and pungency are easily overcome, and one can enjoy a gradually sweet feeling.
Summary
Sweet and fruity...?
No! Spicy!
...But the aftertaste is gradually sweet!
This sake is like that.
It was not blended at the spring event.
It was easier to drink this time.
I wanted to buy another bottle of "Sakiya"! It was already sold out!
Shinshu Local Sake Today
Chikumanishiki Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo All Yamadanishiki
