Aged taste like a little old wine. Storage condition?
Chikumanishiki Junmai Daiginjo A, which we bought together, is more refreshing and preferable.
It is better to drink it in a wine glass than in a sake cup.
It is already October. As I get older, I feel how fast time flies.
Some of you may be approaching retirement age, and while you may tend to focus on retirement benefits and how you spend your time, we recommend that you check your pension and tax affairs for yourself. Depending on your situation, you may be entitled to an additional pension or other benefits, and if you suddenly join the national health insurance system, the premiums will be high!
That aside, I bought this Yamada-Nishiki Daiginjo at Umeda Hanshin again. It was clean and dry, but also full-bodied!
The label is just cute! 🌸
I was so attracted by the cute label that I wanted to collect it! I took a sip and it was so sweet! But it's not sweet, it's refreshing and goes away. It is delicious. It also has a nice aroma.
Temperature Estimated 5°C (refrigerator), room temperature
Taste 70%.
Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: Almost none from the glass. The feeling that passes through the nose after taking it into the mouth is cemedine-like.
Taste: Light, with an astringent and bitter aftertaste. As you drink it, you can taste sweetness on the palate.
Overall impression: For those who like classic type of wine.
I happened to stop by the sake🍶 sales area at Umeda Hanshin, and the brewery that had mannequins for the week was the "Chikuma Nishiki" brewery. The other two breweries were "Gozenshu" and "Yamazaru". And it was during the Tigers' championship 🏆 sale, so I was able to buy it for 10% off 😃.
The label on the bottle looks like it could be mistaken for wine 🍷 at first glance!
The mellow and mature taste managed in the dam facility was very tasty ^_^. ‼️
Chikuma Nishiki Hoshi☆no-Shizuku Daiginjo
Rating 4.5
This daiginjo is made from 39% pure Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture and limpid Asama mountain range water.
The gorgeous aroma and smooth, fine texture make for a drop that lingers pleasantly.
An authentic Yamadanishiki daiginjo. The bottle is designed to resemble the starry sky of Shinshu.
