This sake is gorgeous and sharp. The moment it enters the mouth, it has a gorgeous aroma. It has a refreshing sharpness accompanied by a slight acidity. It is a well-balanced dry sake that seems to go well with everything, but it went perfectly with chicken sashimi and sushi. Delicious. ★★★★
For a wine that claims to be junmai dry, the first sip is gorgeous. However, it soon becomes more acidic and refreshing, which explains why it is called dry.
The sweetness of the mouthfeel goes well with strong flavors, making it a good match for chicken sashimi and its sauce.
Oy! But what the heck, it's dry, so it goes well with salmon sushi too!
The sake itself is delicious, so it seems to taste good no matter what it is paired with.
It is very tasty with Daiginjo-style flamboyance and a good sharpness. Is it my imagination that there is a slight fizzy sensation? It goes very well with sashimi. It also goes well with yakitori with sauce. It is very tasty. ★★★★
The aroma is fresh, and when you drink it, it has a gorgeous yet gentle mouthfeel. But is it because of the 16% alcohol content? It is not too sweet, but it has a fluffy, sweet taste.
Of course, there is no unpleasant alcohol smell peculiar to alcoholic beverages, and although it is not overly sweet, it leaves a fluffy sweetness in the back of the mouth.
When paired with sashimi, the bitterness is a little more noticeable. If anything, it went well with yakitori (grilled chicken) with a strong flavor.
It is a quintessential Jinya flavor.
When I hear the word "bag suspension," I'm already excited about it. I prepared a glass and drank it. Drinking it in a thin one goes so well with it!
It smells fresh and sweet, and is still gorgeously sweet on the palate. But when it is cooled down, even the sweetness goes away with a nice sharp taste! It goes best with sashimi and chicken sashimi. When it is warmed up, the sweetness mellows out, but it is best when served with rich tofu and other dishes.
Eh. I like it very much, especially for the first glass, I think it's the strongest!
Mellow and full-bodied. The light sweetness is accompanied by a good sharpness, making it very tasty. The luxury of having the wine hung in a bag is the best. It goes well with sashimi, chicken sashimi, and meat tofu. The taste is very good.
Special Junmai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Yumeko 100%, 60% polished rice, al15
A little bit of carbonation and a good amount of aroma remains.

I bought this at last year's Fukushima festival. We were randomly sent a bottle of Fukushima sake, and that's where I came across this "Jinya"!
I've never seen this brand before, but it's a sake from Shirakawa, the gateway to Fukushima🧐.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, I smelled a lactic acid aroma with a strong acidity like yogurt. It has a strong lactic acid aroma with a yogurt-like acidity. The viscosity is also strong because it has been aged.
It's also very smooth on the palate, but the acidity is strong. After the acidity stimulates the tongue and refreshes it, the umami comes.
The aroma in the background is sweet and full, like banana and yogurt🍌.
In the second half, the acidity becomes stronger again, and the aftertaste is similar to citrus.
I felt that it tasted like a mix of "hiyaoroshi" and "namaishimoto".
It's thick, but with a refreshing umami taste. This is another interesting sake that I found!
