Jinya Special Junmai Hatsu Shibori Hon Nama Jikin Kimoto Comparison... Just as I was about to start, a couple of friends invited me to a New Year's party... A friend and his wife invited us to a New Year's party... 😁. Wife likes Sake but she is not a sake drinker... Husband doesn't care much about sake... I think it's too good for them 🤔. The sake comparison was ended early 🤣. So I opened a new bottle of Jinya 😌. I bought it in December when I patrolled Hata Sake Shop. I got a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki with it ✌. Freshness that is typical of new sake with a light cloudiness. The sweetness and umami of rice that only Tokujun can provide. and the freshness of the petit fizz. It is a very delicious sake 😋. Encountering unknown sake on a patrol... It's also fun... 😌 The wife was dizzy from too much drinking 😵‍💫 We returned home early 😁.

Lightly cloudy, sweet, no gasiness. Sweetness is elegant and juicy. Slightly acidic. Well-balanced, this is a bottle that you can enjoy drinking for a long time. Even without snacks, the sake's deliciousness is enough to make you drink it without hesitation, which is dangerous. LOL!
