I bought this sake 🍶 on my way back from a visit to Himi City, Toyama Prefecture.
Fumikiku Sake Brewery, famous for "Hanyaya".
Fumikiku is a local brand with a different production method.
It's good to find something like this when traveling!
The water used is from the Tateyama mountain range.
The aroma is well-balanced, spreading softly and running out.
[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival]
The last sake we drank was from the Toyama booth, which we had not visited yet. My father went there earlier and said they did not have "Katsuma" and "Haneya", but they did have "Tomijikiku".
Haneya" is available at some stores in the prefecture, so this is a rarer sake to finish off the event with 🍶.
Tomijikiku Junmai Ginjo NEXT
The aroma is like a sweet banana, and after the first sip, the sweetness finishes with a long, full, sweet aftertaste.
A little bit dry with sweetness like Haneya 🤔.
In addition to the sake brewery and restaurants, there was a booth selling sake cups made of saketani stone, which was mined in the local area in the past and used to be sold under the FUKUI BLUE brand.
Although the mining of sceptre stones has ended, many old houses in Fukui were built with sceptre stones, and the demolished items are reprocessed and sold 😊.
This concludes this post on the Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 🙋🙋.
From next time onwards, we'll be back with our regular? I'm going to move on to the "additional time section" 🤣.
Hi Gyve, Hi ☀️ We were at the same event but the drinks we were drinking were so different 😳It's the difference between a novice and a pro in Fukui 👍I didn't even notice how great the vessels were💦I'll have to go back!
Hey Jive, I'm with you 😃.
Fumikiku! I enjoyed the first one of the year 🤗I'm kind of glad to close here 😊.
Aditional time⏳ is long these days 😆 looking forward to it!
Hello @Mizuhashi!
Most of the sake breweries in Fukui are participating in this event, and you can drink at a very reasonable price, so if you want to enjoy Fukui sake, I recommend this event 😁.
The sakagashi sakagashi is good, the texture of the sakagashi changes when it gets wet after you pour the sake ✨.
Hi Manachie!
I've been collecting a lot of sakagashi (stone sceptre) and now I have quite a collection 😁.
I hope you'll try the Tomijikiku when you come to Hokuriku ✨.
Hi Hirupeko!
I can drink most of the standard sake at Fukui's izakaya (pubs), such as Kuroryu and Bon, so I dared to drink mainly minor sakes 😁.
I hope this will be a good opportunity to share information about Fukui, including the sake cups 🤔.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
This was my first "Tomijikiku" and it was interesting to see how similar and different it was from "Haneya" 😁.
I think I'm drinking too much as I'm drinking so-so at this point in my summary 🤣.
Gyve, thanks for your hard work on this post 😊.
Fumiikiku I always had a hard time going through it but after reading your review I want to try it! I'd love to compare it to Haneya too 😁.
I've seen the sceptered stone since I saw it on Bratamori 😳Guyvesan👍✨
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛.
It was my first "Fumijikiku", so in a way I was more pleased than if they had "Haneya" on the shelf 😁.
The price of the sceptre was really shocking, so I found a good bargain ✨.
I went to a corner shop for sake from Toyama. The blend of rice is too delicious. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a strength of 13 degrees Celsius. I was impressed by the harmony of the ginjo aroma and mouthfeel. The acidity of white peaches and green apples. I'm going to have another one today!
A bottle I procured at a liquor store after New Year's: ✌️
I was told by the owner, "Didn't I buy it yet? I thought for sure and bought it immediately 🥰.
The fruity aroma and light acidity makes it easy to drink without getting tired. 👍️♥️
I've only had Haneya from this brewery, so I'm glad I had a chance to try it. ✌️
Good evening, Jun-san 😃
We also had this on New Year's Day in support of Hokuriku 🤗
I bought it without knowing it was from the same brewery as Haneya 😅It was really light and delicious 😋.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ☺️
I know, I thought it was the one you two were drinking 🥰✨By the way, I bought it too without knowing 🤫 lol.
But I'm convinced by the deliciousness and the name Haneya 🤣.
Okamoto-ya Eikichi Shoten🍶 Enjoy the freshness that only new sake can offer with the "Shiboritate Oosotsukai Matsuri" set of gorgeous aromas and flavors🍶.
A brand of the same name from the well-known Fumikiku Sake Brewery in Haneya.
It is a little unusual to use four kinds of sake rice from three prefectures.
The aroma is fresh with green apple.
Sourness is strong for a No. 10 yeast.
The taste is a bit sweet, but it is clear and rather light.
The acidity that stands out in the aroma is well blended with the sweetness to give a gentle feeling, and combined with the low alcohol content, it is very easy to drink.
Delicious sake with a fresh taste that can be expressed because it is a new sake.
