Tomiikiku's local sake ministry️ popular at Haneya. This sake is available in supermarkets😊. The traditional method of production is the same as that of Haneya. Different tastes with different vectors 😋. This sake is characterized by sweetness and umami, not dryness. The common feature is a powdery taste like Kamishinko. It's not always available and not always cheap. I've been through it all along😅lol

I found this restaurant during a trip to Toyohashi. Perhaps it is because it is a hiyaoroshi, but compared to Haneya, it is less showy and has a more subdued taste. It has a deliciously rounded and mellow rice flavor.

The taste is like 5:5 capueti and 5:5 saxo. The low alcohol content is quite refreshing. No punch of unfiltered raw sake. It's like a cool plum water. This is good 👌

Sake I drank in Toyama (3) I had drunk Haneya a few times, but never got around to trying Fumikiku, so I bought it. It was easy to drink! (I was tongue-tied when I drank it, so I only have this memory...) In Toyama, you can find sake (small bottles) from various Toyama sake breweries at train stations and souvenir shops, and now they are all hiyaoroshi and seasonally appropriate, so it's easy to pick up something in season 🍶.

This is the kind of sake that you can drink easily even if you are tired of drinking The menu says it's good after a sauna, so maybe it's best after a workout or on a hot summer day, but it's delicious in any situation.

Hiyadoroshi has been released in the world, but I'm still drinking summer sake 🐵✌️ Today I'm drinking Fumigiku from a sake brewery that I'm familiar with at Haneya: ☺️♥️ I didn't have this last year, but this year they made it with a focus on acidity! With an alcohol content of 12%, it is easy to drink and has a delicious flavor with a hint of acidity, making it not only light but also easy to drink. ♥️ It's delicious~✌️👍️
