Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR⑥
FUMIKIKIKU NEXT Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Nama-Zume
I don't know if it is sold under the Haneya brand this season, but this was it on this day. Yes, yes, it is fruity and nice.
Brewed by Fumigiku Shuzo in Momotsuka, Toyama
Fumigiku Jinryoku, Yeast 77, 12% Alc. unfiltered, unpasteurized sake
Fumigiku Shuzo, the brewer of the super-loved 😆 Haneya, has introduced this 12% unpasteurized sake as an "Original Sake of the Japan Famous Sake Brewers' Association" ❢.
When I tried it, it was fresh and lush.
Light juicy but with a delicious flavor.
It is a delicious sake 🍶 with lots of grapefruitiness 😆.
FUMIKIKIKU Junmai Ginjo 77 Shinryoku
Alc.12 unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Because it is 12%, it is very light.
The taste is sweet and sour!
It tastes like squeezed lemon or apple!
I sometimes drink Fumigiku because I like Haneya,
This is one of Fumigiku's most sour sake,
This is one of the most sour sake from the Fumigiku brewery.
I bought it in Ekitaka.
I've visited the brewery several times.
It's a slightly carbonated, light, gorgeous sake!
Lately, the Haneya brand is well-known...
Gentle at 12 degrees.
Pale and soft mouthfeel. Slightly piquant and fizzy.
Feathery, fruity, juicy.
Tastes like fresh graffles and oranges.
Citrus acidity.
A very drinkable adult drink.
Taste level 4/5
I drank Tomigiku Shuzo's No. 77 yeast, which I purchased on a recent trip to Kitami.
It is easy to drink because of its low alcohol content. It is like a bitter lemon, if I may use an analogy. It is not very sweet, but not bad.
Junmai Ginjo is also easy to drink - it has a strong acidity, but I don't mind it so much. It also has a pungent taste, but it is similar to the flavor of lemon, so it is well balanced.
Personally, I felt it could be a little sweeter, but it is a very good food sake, so I guess it depends on the situation.
Summer Support Trip to Hokuriku】2024/7/24~7/28
Toyama Trip Day 3
After checking out of Yamanoha, I really wanted to try the fantastic alpine cheesecake!
A cheesecake with a shelf life of 10 minutes, only available here! Not baked, not rare, but fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth mysterious.
I'm glad I got to try it ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
Then, we went to a place called "Nipon Sake Shop. An unmanned sake tasting place. It was a little bit interesting to buy coins with a gacha and taste the sake, and the air conditioning was nice and cool! I chose FUMIKIKIKU! It is a handmade sake, fermented at low temperature for a long time, using Tateyama underground water for brewing. It has a mellow aroma and is full of flavor.
