Limited edition sake from Fumikiku Shuzo, famous for Haneya!
I did not notice much aroma.
The juicy sweetness spreads on the palate and is delicious!
The lingering aroma also lingers gently on the palate.
Almost no bitterness or sourness.
The 13% alcohol content makes it very easy to drink even for beginners 🍶.
It was calmer and tastier on the second day than on the first day😊.
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 221100
Slightly sweet and refreshingly acidic
12 degrees Celsius even though it is a pure sake
Sake made with yeast No. 77, 100% Jinriki
At a farewell party held at the end of last year, we drank Haneya's Tsukishita-bi and Tomibigiku junmai sake (and many other local Toyama sake). (Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Brewery in Haneya).
(Fumigiku is a brand sold mainly locally by the Fumigiku Sake Brewery in Haneya.) Indeed, as a food sake to be enjoyed with oden and grilled fish, this junmai sake is excellent and never gets old, so it is no wonder that it is a local sake.
So, I bought it to enjoy Fumikiku again (with Kannon squid sashimi on kelp). Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15%.
The rest of Osechi (New Year's dishes), Kabako crab, kombujime, sesame, namasu, and herring roe that came late.
I made the sesame paste. This year we only have a small amount of dried sardines because of the high price of dried sardines. I chew it carefully.
The strong seasoning goes well with the light taste of fumigiku.
I drink too much and fall asleep again.
After waking up from sleep, I had a dessert of Daifuku with strawberries.
FUMIKIKIKU GINJO
I guess you can't drink Fumigiku's Ginjo unless you are in Toyama prefecture. I don't know 😂
The aroma is gorgeous. The taste and aroma are both fruity, and I sincerely believe it is made by the Tomigiku Brewery. The freshness in the mouth is also a high point. The aftertaste has some sharpness, so it's like a ginjo-shu 🍶.
The motive for purchasing it was the divine power, which I interpreted as a SAKE smell and a weight that appeals to the tongue.
Thinking about it, this guy is a Haneya!
Jacket value ... 4/10
I like the words, but the graphics are not so good.
Ki ... 15/20
It has a slight malted rice smell, and when you drink it, a moderate strong acidity rises from the tip of the tongue. It is citrusy and fresh.
Sei... 16/20
It is the expression of bitterness, but the acidity prevails.
Turning... 14/20
It has the smell of sweet and delicious sublimation (including the smell of SAKE like Jinryoku?). The acidity is still strong, but the umami and full-bodiedness are weak.
Yui ... 15/20
The acidity doesn't cling to the end of the bottle, but the bitterness is strong, and the fresh lingering aroma is excellent.
Cospa... 5/10
If you like acidity, this is for you.
I tried to find a bit of the "divine power" in this wine, but I couldn't find it well.
