Tomiikiku's local sake ministry️ popular at Haneya. This sake is available in supermarkets😊. The traditional method of production is the same as that of Haneya. Different tastes with different vectors 😋. This sake is characterized by sweetness and umami, not dryness. The common feature is a powdery taste like Kamishinko. It's not always available and not always cheap. I've been through it all along😅lol

Yukitachika is a sister sake of Junmai Ginjo "Daiseiya First, the lapis lazuli color of the bottle stimulates the sense of sight. Next, when the bottle is opened, the sound of the first shot is heard, creating an aural enjoyment and anticipation. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the umami and sweetness of the rice. It tastes delicious. As expected of FUMIKIKIKUIKU, we are very impressed.
