FUMIKIKIKU Junmai Ginjo NEXT Hiyoroshi
Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR - Autumn Festival
Another slightly dry sake. There was no Haneya Hiyoroshi in line that day, perhaps it was sold out?
Sake distributed in Toyama, a famous sake brewery in Haneya. This is the first time for me to try it!
Like Haneya, it has an elegant and clean aroma. The balance and sharpness are still there.
We got it at a roadside station in Kurobe City! I'm so happy!
2,031- including tax
This is actually only the second bottle of Toyama sake that I have yet to drink at home.
Fumikiku Sake Brewery, which brews Haneya.
It is a little different from Haneya, which is sweet first, but has a nice refreshing acidity.
Toyama sake is also a good choice 🧐.
Hi ma-ki-!
When I travel, I feel like drinking the local sake, or rather, I feel like I can't start without it 😄I would like to drink Toyama sake and tour Toyama slowly.
The appearance is clear, the ginjo aroma is faintly apple-like, and in the mouth it has a smooth sweetness, umami, and acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing. Although it is from the Haneya brewery, it is sweet and easy to drink, so much so that it can be drunk on its own.
Purchased at AEON Liquor Shop in Tonami.
It is a commemorative sake for the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
The acidity is a little strong, but it goes down your throat easily.
Fruity acidity is combined with a refreshing sweetness.
Refreshing and easy to drink, with a slight sense of effervescence remaining.
This low-alcohol sake makes you feel as if you are drinking apple juice.
