If you are a sake lover, you will be surprised at the taste and aroma.
Thus, this FUMIKIKIKU
It has 12 degrees alcohol by volume, so it's mohaya water.
It can be served in a mug.
Refreshing sweetness and acidity.
No depth.
Very little fizz.
The aftertaste is good with ume plum.
Today we celebrated my daughter's birthday with yakiniku.
This is a great wine to pour off the fat from the grilled meat.
By the way, the reason today's menu is yakiniku is because my 7-year-old daughter requested it because my astrological sign's lucky item on the morning show's horoscope was yakiniku. My wife doesn't know about that...

Yesterday, I enjoyed the sake warmed to lukewarm.
I may have drunk a little too much this week, but I will drink again today.
But after drinking one cup of Ding-san, it was gone, and I wanted to drink some more, so I decided to have a can of sake.
This is the first sake from the brewery I got at a souvenir shop on my trip to Toyama. Fumikiku Special Junmai Sake by Fumikiku Shuzo.
Let's start with the sake.
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
It has a refreshing taste in the mouth.
The spiciness spreads quickly, which is probably why it is so refreshing.
The spiciness is followed by a hint of sweetness, and then a bitterness.
The lingering taste is well-balanced between spiciness and sweetness.
This sake is so beautiful that it is hard to believe that it is a special pure rice sake. I was surprised in a good way because I started drinking it with the image of a traditional sake.
Well, we enjoyed it very much today.

Orfevre
I found this restaurant during a trip to Toyohashi.
Perhaps it is because it is a hiyaoroshi, but compared to Haneya, it is less showy and has a more subdued taste.
It has a deliciously rounded and mellow rice flavor.
