It is a wonderful bottle. It needs to be refrigerated, but it turns into something else when it is brought to room temperature rather than kept chilled. The flavor becomes very rich and mellow.

Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai! I forgot to review last year's sake even though this year's hanpukai has already arrived💦. First time for Kurosawa! It's a bit gassy, but no gassiness, probably because it's fire-brewed and blended! The sweetness of the rice gives it a clean bitterness that is refreshing and clean 👍.

Kurosawa Shuzo Kurosawa Junmai Daiginjyo Kinmonnishiki, single shot fired, low temperature storage The brewery is located in Sakuho-cho, Nagano Prefecture. The rice is polished to 45% Kanamonishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture. Recently, they have been promoting "Kurosawa," which is a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast, rather than "Izutsucho. It has a subtly elegant aroma, pleasant rice flavor, light acidity, and a rich taste. Pleasant aroma, pleasant rice flavor, light acidity, rich flavor, and a soft, crisp aftertaste. Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 9th Traveling SAKE 10 Kurosawa Sake Brewery, which I personally think is not like Nagano sake. I forgot to watch the most recent episode of "Laugh and Correct" 😅! I forgot to watch it😅. All the sake is made using the traditional sake yeast. It's a pure rice ginjo, unfiltered, raw sake. It's spicy and rough. Junmai Ginjo Namahashi-zukuri ㋣ Cornerstone Unfiltered Nama-genshu I don't remember much, but I have a note about the impact of spiciness. Kurosawa Hozumi A brewer's yeast. It has a characteristic sourness and bitterness, and is still spicy. Nama Hashiroshi Kurosawa Junmai Ginjo Vintage Yonatsu (2019) It's still refreshing even after aging, but it's rounded, flavorful, and delicious. It is my favorite among the dry Kurosawa. Kurosawa Junmai Shinmai Nama Sake (2019) This is a new sake. The alcohol content is 13.5%. It is a good choice for beginners and for light dishes. Junmai Daiginjo Namaishigashi-zukuri (Junmai Daiginjo, Namaishigashi-style, SAKU1) Less flamboyant, more classical, with a sake-like flavor and a touch of acidity. Kurosawa Junmai Daiginjo Kinmon Nishiki The most gorgeous sake so far, a little sweet and refreshing. I'm drunk from this point on, and it's possible that my impressions and the brand name are all mixed up...
