The brewery is located in Sakuho-cho, Nagano Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 45% Kanamonishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture.
Recently, they have been promoting "Kurosawa," which is a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast, rather than "Izutsucho.
It has a subtly elegant aroma, pleasant rice flavor, light acidity, and a rich taste.
