This three-day weekend, I went to Utsukushigahara Onsen in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture - ✌️
It was our first trip to a hot spring in a long time, and my son, who loves spacious baths, was very happy 🥰.
Since we were in Nagano, we decided to try some local sake that we had never had before, so we randomly found a liquor store and the owner gave us his recommendation 🥰.
We opened it at the inn that day and it was delicious, dry and refreshing with a strong acidity 🍶♥️
Good morning, Jun 😃.
Nice trip to Shinshu Onsen ♨️ 🤗
Kurosawa-san! I saw the brewery on TV a while ago😊I'm sure the liquor store will recommend it👍I'd love to try the dry and refreshing Shinshu sake 🍶😋.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby: ☺️
It was a very nice trip to a hot spring after a long time 🥰.
I have a feeling that Nagano, like Tochigi, still has a lot of good sake to offer, 🤤♥️
Today I went back to Nagano and stocked up on sake 🍶.
I went to Sake-no-Osaka-ya in Chikuma City for the first time, and the lineup was amazing, including Shinshu Kamerei and Genmai 😲.
I will have a glass of the Kurosawa I purchased today. When I opened the bottle, the gas came up and got mixed in with the ori but I was able to prevent it from exploding 💦.
The aroma is a faint lactic acid aroma. The dry gassy sensation goes away when you sip it. I've paired it with sashimi, nozawana and oil simmered vegetables, and it's a delicious match 😊I'm worried that you're pricing this wrong at around 1400 yen 🫨Tasty✨.
Today
Enjoying "Nama Hashimoto Kurosawa Junmai 80 963
The aroma is mild.
The taste is sweet at first
Sourness comes in the middle.
It has a strong aftertaste.
I've been a sake lover for three years now.
This is the time of year when I want to drink Kurosawa!
This year is my last year for sake, so I want to drink it with gusto!
It has been a while since I drank Kurosawa.
It was produced in 2022, so it has been a little while, but it's been well managed, so you can drink it with peace of mind.
When I first opened my mouth, I was not sure if I could finish the whole bottle, but after a week in the fridge, I was surprised! I was surprised!
The heady aroma is of aromatic citrus fruits!
On the palate, the acidity, which had been so insistent, has been rounded out, and a good sweetness has appeared instead! It's good! It has opened up.
The salty acid bitterness and a slight astringency finish it off nicely and crisply.
I'm glad I left it here!
Thanks for the treat!
I found this sake at a liquor store I go to. The owner let me taste it and said, "It has a peculiar taste, but is it okay? The owner let me try it. The tasting bottle had been open for a while, so it tasted a little sour, but it was delicious.
When I opened the bottle of the one I bought, it was very fizzy! Sizzling!
Very dry, with a slight rummy flavor. I felt a little bit of an aftertaste that was a bit eggy on the back of the side of my mouth, but when I paired it with a meal, it didn't bother me at all.
After about 4 days, the fuming subsided and became milder. Cosy and a sake I would drink again.
