The 9th traveling SAKE (7) The Kurosawa Sake Brewery was recently featured in Laughing at Koratte. The name "Kurosawa" conjures up an image of a sake brewer. The sake we drank was All sake is made from the same sake brewing process. Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-genshu It has an acidity that is typical for a sake made from the "nama yeast" principle. It was quite spicy. Junmai Ginjo Shikatsu (2019) Junmai Hozumi Not my favorite type. I think this was the one that had the same cardboard-like boxy flavor that I had when I drank Shikishima. Junmai Ginjo ㋣ Cornerstone Unfiltered Nama Sake Junmai Shinryoku Nama-shu It's low-alcohol, but I wonder if it's watered down. Easy to drink and powerful at the same time. Junmai Daiginjo㋣SAKU1 Tokoro-san said this is what he was drinking. Junmai Daiginjo Kinmon Nishiki This is the only one that I felt gorgeous. Overall, it was spicier than the Kurosawa we drank at home and out. The common feeling among all the products was the acidity that is typical of the sake brewing process.

Kurosawa Junmai 80 Light Nigori Nama Sake 100% Hitogochi rice from Shirakura Farm in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 80 Alcohol content: 15%. We bought this the week before last on Mr. Miyajima's recommendation. When I poured it into a glass, it was as shwashy as champagne, if not more so. ‼️ When I was talking about how tasty it was with muscat dryness, the TV program "Tokoro George Goes! Darts trip, and he was visiting a brewery! I see they are trying various things. I'd like to visit there 😀.

In February, I went to Sugadaira with my company friends and on the way back I stopped by Miyajima-san, a local sake shop I had my eye on and bought a few bottles of local sake, among which I bought my first speck of Kurosawa's sake with a raw yeast ratio of 80 😊. It's sweet with a hint of acidity and sharpness, similar to a spicy white wine 🤔. I think I can drink it as a refreshing drink if I serve it with strong food 😊. Next time I'm going to try Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Sake Brewery near the interstate 😆.

Fresh. Crisp and skippy mouthfeel. Slightly chemical and sandy flavor. Dry, youthful rice with a hint of bitterness and a slight astringency. Umami and sweetness at the back of the throat. Crunchy acidity. Light, but with a grainy five-flavor taste. Slightly spicy and refreshing. Good with marinated fresh onion and prosciutto ham. Good with gentle radish stew. I think it goes well with a meal.

Kurosawa Namahashiroshi Junmai 90 Sake with a unique balance of sweetness and acidity. It is like dried apricots or white figs. The sweetness is followed by sourness. A friend of mine said it was like the liquid from Nara pickles. I wonder if it has a strong habit.

4.25+/5 Fantastic nigori, nice and lightly creamy with delicious tangy fruits. Green apple, green pear, tangerine, cocoa, walnut, milk. Sweet, but lightly sweet, and the acidity is medium-low. It’s fairly light-bodied but with a gentle creamy texture. The flavours are real good and so well balanced. And it’s not what I’d usually expect from a nigori, it’s so far in the other direct from the super sweet and thick and creamy kind. Surprisingly good, really liking this!
