beginning of the wind
I heard another customer telling the waiter, "Sake from Saitama tastes bad," and after the customer left, I was talking with the waiter about how there are many good sake breweries such as Sairai, Kahayo, and Nagatorogura... 😑.
The aroma is a rich ginjo aroma.
The taste is modest in comparison to the aroma, with a sweetness that quickly fades and leaves a bitter taste at the back of the throat. ☺️
As the name suggests, the sake is light and smooth and very easy to drink.
I got the impression that it was a food sake with a gorgeous aroma 😋.
Finally, I want to say this out loud
("There is a lot of good sake in Saitama! We're the 4th largest sake shipper in Japan!

Thanks for your comment, Gyoza: ☺️
I was listening in the background and was aghast 😑.
It's a shame that there are so many delicious sakes out there!
They all bring out the flavor of the rice and are delicious ✨.
I especially like Masugawa 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Muro: ☺️
It's true 😑.
I don't like it when people come to a bar and say it doesn't taste good .
I was thinking that good and bad taste is also a matter of taste, and bad taste is a bit different 🥹.
