Superbly sour alcoholic beverage. Relentless lemonade. Reminds me of the lemonade I ordered at the coffee shop my dad took me to when I was a kid.
When paired with Murayu Konruri, it really hits the spot.
It is a sake that the lactic acid bacteria unexpectedly survived, and it certainly has a yogurt feel to it, which gave me a new political sense of the sake Bear~.
Sake-like aroma with a bit of yogurt aroma.
Delicious with a sense of rice.
The mouthfeel is relatively light,
The acidity is strong but not too sharp.
The aftertaste is soft and the rice lingers in a relaxed manner.
Mellow and delicious.
Very good.
Degree of liking ☆4/5
For better or worse, this sake is not like a Junmai Daiginjo!
It is not as flamboyant, and seems to be a sake that is very typical of sake.
A series of sake tasting at Yonago!
Polar extremes of acidity. Perverse (a compliment). Lemon or citrus acidity with a gusto. It's soooo good! The guy at the restaurant told me, "Don't ask for more acidity than this!
It is very easy to drink.
It has no strong habits and goes well with seafood dishes when served chilled and refreshing in summer.
It has a subtle aroma of rice flavor.
There is almost no alcohol flavor after the second sip, making it perfect for a mealtime drink.
It is a delicate and delicious sake. It is currently one of my favorites. It tastes a little bit schwashy. Sorry for the weird Japanese, I'm a foreigner. I'm a foreigner 😅.
Sourness from start to finish
