I feel a change in flavor from sweet and sour in the first half to gorgeous and rich in the second half. I also thought it had a rich caramel-like feel to it, just like the name "Amber".
It's special because it's my daughter's birthday week!

Oze snow is still delicious!
As the description says, it starts with an apple aroma, then rice flavor, and even a grape skin taste. You can also taste the nectar of the fruit.
It's great with ice, which eliminates the bitterness at the end.

I've been drinking a lot of light sake lately, but this is a strong sake.
When well chilled, the sake-like quality that I dislike disappears, leaving behind a mellow, melon-like aroma and the delicious sweetness of the rice!

Refreshing and tasty.
The first sip of the aroma felt different from the usual fruity type. After that, muscat and melon.
