I purchased this bottle for warming sake.
When I drank it hot, I felt the umami and astringency of the rice pleasantly and enjoyed it. 🙆♂️
I heard on YouTube that Mukai Tenju from the same brewery is very tasty when heated, so I would like to try that next time!

A local limited edition of "Tenjyo" with a beautiful but nourishing taste and a wonderfully cool and refreshing sensation.
Although it is labeled "josen," it is a junmai sake.
It has the same lightness and balance common to the Tenjyu series, and when paired with food, it has the potential to mutually enhance the flavors of both the sake and the food.
