Now, this year's hiyaoroshi. It has a complex flavor with a smoky or smoky aroma. Even though it has a high alcohol content, my wife seems to like Tenshizumi for some reason. It's a wonder 😆.
Suddenly it's chilly, just right for drinking autumn sake. We have a bottle of Tennyo with a fiery autumn label.
I have had a few Tenjiku and thought it was mild, but this Hiyayoroshi has an amazing quirkiness. It has a smoky flavor, minimal sweetness, a strong bitterness, and a tingling, dry aftertaste. It's like a San'in sake, and is probably best served hot. I don't dislike it.

Peanut🥜 type sweetness with a slightly mellow mouthfeel😙.
I was curious 😓 because I could feel the alcoholiness halfway through.
I think it's easy to tell if the alcoholiness is a thump💥 or a nashi😌💥 😌.

Aroma as a Japanese sake. The palate had a subtle rice sweetness and taste with just a hint of spiciness and lingering aftertaste as a sake.
Classic sake.
Serve with grilled sea bream to accompany the sake.
They said it was a test product. My first impression was that it was sour. It reminded me of a famous sake from Fukui Prefecture, but it is more refreshing than that one.
Good smell of solid alcohol.
From the caramel-like alcohol aroma in the bottle,
melon and white grape flavors.
Not as mature as expected.
The first sip is quite pungent, with a bit of a sharp taste.
However, it also has a strong umami flavor.
When the spiciness comes to an end, there is a graininess and astringency.
It has a clean feeling.
