It has a strong rice flavor and a ginjo aroma that is typical of Japanese sake.
It has a high alcohol content, so it is not the type of sake that you can drink easily.
However, as a lover of umakuchi, I was soaked to the brim...I really want to be careful not to drink too much. I will drink the sake well.

When poured into a glass, it has a thickened feeling, and as the label says, it looks like it might be thick. The first sip was indeed rich, but there was no unpleasant taste at all, and the lingering aftertaste was cool and refreshing. The taste is rice! It's clearly shwashy, but not too strong. But it tastes completely of rice. It is a summer sake, but it is not sour or anything like that. Rice, umami, shuwashuwa, that's all! It's like a soda, but it's a nice soda that would go well with strong Japanese food.
As the day goes by, the fizziness decreases, but the rice flavor is still there. On the other hand, there is no fruitiness at all. It is dry and sharp with a strong umami flavor.
It is not what it appears to be, a refreshing, light, rummy sake, but it has a full-bodied umami flavor.
We enjoyed it with a snack with a strong flavor.
