Easy to drink!
Fresh green apple aroma on the nose and light acidity on the tongue.
The aftertaste is also sour with a hint of blue fruitiness and sweetness.
It is perfect for summer, but it also has a high level of sake-like drinkability.
Be careful when opening the bottle!

This week, after picking up the kids from school, I took the expressway to Nagoya 🚙.
I went to a ramen shop I wanted to eat at, and then went to a liquor store, in this order: ramen shop, Yoshidaya, Marunouchi Sake Shokuhin, and Sake Sento Horiichi ✨.
Basically, I try to open the bottles in the order I buy them, but sometimes I thought it might be intoxicating to open them right after they go on sale, so I bought this one from Sake Sento Horikazu 🍶.
Oku Trial Bewing No1 Nagisa no Yoneyaka
[Glass.]
The aroma of mellow rice with the strength that is typical of "Oku", a clear and smooth sweet umami from the firm gas sensation on the tip of the tongue, a crisp and refreshing aftertaste, and a slight bitterness at the end that is typical of "Oku".
[Mokkiri.]
Refreshing rice aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits, a refreshing sweet umami taste with a firm gassy sensation on the palate, followed by a refreshing finish with a clean aftertaste reminiscent of lemon, and a rather firm bitterness at the end.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness plumps up and expands, leaving a refreshing, clean and pleasant aftertaste.
The entrée was the same as the dish served in the Enshu Sea: Shizuoka bonito tataki and Fukui flying fish sashimi, both from the Enshu Sea.
The combination of the two brought to mind images of the summer sea, and I was pleasantly intoxicated. ⛵️
The fourth one is "Sara Taiwan," or Taiwanese ramen without soup, at the restaurant "Yahrens Rock Life Gyoza" (🍜), which is our destination this time.
The spicy and addictive taste made me swoon in agony 😋.
I would have loved to have paired it with beer, but I had to give it up because I was driving that day.
Good evening, Jive-san 🦉.
I see you made it all the way to Nagoya ‼️😳and it looks like you had a great time visiting all the liquor stores😆You got all the snacks you wanted too😻
Hi Jive, good evening.
You are a quintessential man of action 😲.
I'm curious what else you brought home: ⤴️
I haven't tried the back one, but it has a very cool label 🎵.
I have the impression that it's a crisp, refreshing sake that would go well on a hot day 😋.
Gyve, good morning 😃Oku, I also found one I'm interested in just last night, although it's a different label. I haven't bought it yet because I did it before the party, but I knew I wanted to try Oku once I saw your review of it 😋.
Hi, Pon-chan!
It takes only 1.5 hours one way between my hometown and Nagoya, so it's actually easier to get out than Kyoto if you want to go shopping on a whim 🤣.
I've been to some liquor stores for the first time, and I've met some drunken sake 🥰.
Hello ma-ki-, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I found more drunken sake than I expected, so I left overcapacity this time too 🤣.
I've had "Oku" several times since my previous business trip to Toyohashi and they are all delicious 🥰.
Hello, Wakata!
Is this like the "Moon" series from CWS?
This one was brewed by the brewer who is going to be the next head brewer, and was inspired by Garakudai, where he trained.
Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀!
Nagoya is a great city to drive to, along with the distance and time 🤩.
It's the sweetest of the "Trial Bewings" but I think it's more refreshing than glamorous and will suit your palate 🥰.
P.S. Mr. Wakata.
Actually, I was looking for "Ok MOON SUMMER" myself, but I couldn't find it, so I found this one at [Shusen-do Horiichi] 🤣.
Furthermore, I was also struggling with 3 choices "Iraka" and "Gagakuyo" ✨.
Back. Fire-brewed.
This is the first time I have heard of Yumesansui sake rice.
Oku seems to be a sake that aims for both high aroma and thickening.
Indeed.
Aroma that can be enjoyed only with sake, with a thickness that does not lose to fried food.
We ended the day with this sake in collaboration with mushroom and kiss tempura.

It is a refreshing and refreshing summer sake. So it seems sweet for a moment, but when you taste it more closely, it seems dry. I think the label "Oku" is always cool.
CSW limited edition sake.
The bubbles rise vigorously. The strong bubbling sensation that can only come from secondary fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the drink is refreshing and crisp.
The flavor of rice spreads softly on the palate, and the firm acidity tightens the outline of the flavor. The light flavor, which does not rely on sweetness, is finished with a sense of depth and clarity.
It also has nuances somewhat reminiscent of Yamazaki's "Harukasumi," a delicate nigori sparkling wine that can be enjoyed to its fullest. The bright and gentle flavor, which seems to be cloaked in lingering springtime afterglow, makes it a perfect toast or a bottle to be enjoyed leisurely in the late afternoon.
It is softly cool and slightly hazy, with a gentle nigori.
The first sip is a slightly gaseous, bubbly sensation and a refreshing aroma.
The first sip is soft on the palate with a refreshing aroma and a slight effervescence. The first sip is soft on the palate and refreshing on the throat, but there is a core of umami that is typical of "Oku" sake.
It is not flashy, but the more you drink it, the more the umami and mellowness that swells up softly are pleasant, and it goes very well with meals.
It is a perfect "early summer drink.
All of the rice used for this sake is "Yumesansui," grown locally in Okumikawa under contract.
Polishing and pressing are carefully adjusted to bring out the full flavor of the rice, and you can sense the down-to-earth and careful craftsmanship of the brewery.
It is cool and refreshing, but not too light.
It is a summer light nigori that quietly and gradually lingers in the mind. It is a bottle to be enjoyed slowly and chilled.
Aroma reminiscent of rum
Sensation of gas that spreads out in a sizzling way.
The nigori (a bitterness) mellows out the gaseous sensation, but the taste is dry and refreshing, with little sweetness,
The taste is dry and refreshing, with little sweetness.
