CSW limited edition sake.
The bubbles rise vigorously. The strong bubbling sensation that can only come from secondary fermentation in the bottle is pleasant, and the drink is refreshing and crisp.
The flavor of rice spreads softly on the palate, and the firm acidity tightens the outline of the flavor. The light flavor, which does not rely on sweetness, is finished with a sense of depth and clarity.
It also has nuances somewhat reminiscent of Yamazaki's "Harukasumi," a delicate nigori sparkling wine that can be enjoyed to its fullest. The bright and gentle flavor, which seems to be cloaked in lingering springtime afterglow, makes it a perfect toast or a bottle to be enjoyed leisurely in the late afternoon.
It is softly cool and slightly hazy, with a gentle nigori.
The first sip is a slightly gaseous, bubbly sensation and a refreshing aroma.
The first sip is soft on the palate with a refreshing aroma and a slight effervescence. The first sip is soft on the palate and refreshing on the throat, but there is a core of umami that is typical of "Oku" sake.
It is not flashy, but the more you drink it, the more the umami and mellowness that swells up softly are pleasant, and it goes very well with meals.
It is a perfect "early summer drink.
All of the rice used for this sake is "Yumesansui," grown locally in Okumikawa under contract.
Polishing and pressing are carefully adjusted to bring out the full flavor of the rice, and you can sense the down-to-earth and careful craftsmanship of the brewery.
It is cool and refreshing, but not too light.
It is a summer light nigori that quietly and gradually lingers in the mind. It is a bottle to be enjoyed slowly and chilled.
Aroma reminiscent of rum
Sensation of gas that spreads out in a sizzling way.
The nigori (a bitterness) mellows out the gaseous sensation, but the taste is dry and refreshing, with little sweetness,

First time! We opened the back 🎉.
Again, this is my first brewery. CWS in the back, MOON ORIGAMI 😆.
Speaking of the brewer of Oku, he has been getting a lot of attention as a young master brewer who dropped out of college at the age of 23 to take over the brewery and trained at Tenryo Haihei 👏.
He is a young master brewer who left college at the age of 23 to take over the brewery and trained at Tenryobai 👏.
I met the CWS in the back of such a place and brought him along 🚗.
The bottle is also green🟢 and has a stylish label with the image of the moon🌕 in the middle🤩.
Now let's have some 🥂🥂.
First of all, don't mix the cage.
There is not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a gentle sweetness.
A strong gaseous sensation comes in, and it quickly dies down without leaving a lingering aftertaste.
Mixing the cage
The aroma remains the same.
Creamy in the mouth
The sweetness remains the same, but the mild gasiness makes it easier to drink.
The second half is also crisp and clean with no aftertaste
I see what you mean 🧐.
No spiciness, bitterness, or astringency whatsoever
No sweetness and no sourness
In a word, it is a cream soda without sweetness.
Anyway, it is creamy and easy to drink 🍶.
But I don't really feel the flavor and sweetness of rice🌾🤨.
It's a strange sensation.
It's so easy to drink that it's hard to believe it's sake.
It has a mysterious taste in the back. ❣️

Good morning...
>No spiciness, no bitterness, no astringency
>No sweetness, no sourness.
I was wondering 🤔 if it's like kamizen josui but with creaminess...good challenge for a young toji👍.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
Congratulations on your first Oku 🎉.
I haven't tried Oku yet, but it looks very easy to drink 😋.
The label is so beautiful and eye-catching ✨.
It's really a great challenge for the brewer 😊.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃I thought Oku was too high in alcohol to make it yet, but it looks good 🤤I think it would be a great challenge for a young master brewer once the flavor of the rice starts to come through: ✨️
Hi HinaHanaMama ^_^
Congratulations on your first Oku 🎉!
It was my first time too, but I didn't realize it was Oku at first glance because it looked totally different 😁.
I would like to drink this one too😊.
Hi Kozou-san 😃Thank you for your comment...it didn't have any impact 💦 it was just like a creamy canned chu-hai 🤣It's a strange sake that doesn't seem like sake...Kozou-san, please try it if you have a chance 🙏.
Hi ma-ki-, thanks for your comment 😃Thanks for the beautiful label 🌕 and it's just so easy to drink and creamy. I think it would be more popular if it had some character. I am looking forward to seeing what the young master brewer has in store for us in the future: ❣️
Hi Nao888😃Oku has an alcohol content of 17% or so, right? But this one was 15%, so I bought it 😆I didn't taste the delicious rice 🌾 despite it being 100% Yamadanishiki 💧I hope you'll try more 👍
Hi Manta 😃Thanks for your comment 😃This one seems to be a rare label with a limited number of retailers in the CWS 😍The alcohol content is low, so it was just right for the first time 👍Let's hope for the future 💕.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I'm so glad you enjoyed the "Oku Moon Series" 🌝The full moon of April is next Sunday, so it's a drunken moonshine with cherry blossoms 😁.
I bought a few bottles when I went on a business trip to Toyohashi, Aichi the year before last 🥰.
Hi Jive 😃
Jive, you have reviewed the back of the book before 😆 Well, if I drink it in time for the next full moon, it would be a moonshine 😅Next time I drink the MOON series, I'll check it out before I drink it 🌝.
Hi Hina Hana Mama 😃.
Oku! I'm curious about it 🧐 we haven't had it yet 🥲Kochira CWS, so it looks different from the usual Oku label, kind of reminded me of the Tochigi Sake Brilliant label😌.
Hi Jay & Nobby😃Thanks for your comment...at first glance you don't realize it's in the back 👀CWS has a different label, but it looks different on the inside too 😳I'll have to compare the drinks to see which one is better 🤣.
Congratulations on your first Mutsu, HinaHanaMama 🎉🎊!
I was wondering about this sake too when I bought Kiho Tsuru 💦Sweet cream soda, a very interesting word 😏I want to experience the wonder too!
Hi Pon-chan, thanks for your comment😃Thanks for your comment...there are times when you go to a liquor store and get lost and confused...and end up regretting it 😆Please give it a try next time you come across it ❣️ for the mysterious world of not-so-sweet cream sodas 🤭.
