sakepowerIt's not nationally known, but the level of this brewery is quite impressive. ‼️
I went to the kurabiraki festival and it was fun ✨✨👍🏻
I think the rice is mostly Yumesansui 🌾.
アツシIt has a high alcohol content, so it feels quite voluminous. Since it is an undiluted sake, it is best to open it early, but in fact, the balance is better on the second day. On the first day, you can't help but feel the stimulation of alcohol, but on the second day, it rounds out and the sweetness and volume are well balanced.
いーじーPurchased at a liquor store.
Aichi sake for a long time. Rare degree is high.
Cold sake.
Gorgeous aroma.
Souzake with moderate sweetness and calm acidity. Slightly gassy. Slightly long aftertaste.
Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers.
飲んべえ16I don't want to spend a lot of time after work, so I enjoy it with ready-made side dishes and leftovers from the fridge.
It is spicy and acidic. It seems to be made with a low alcohol content, but I don't feel it is too light. It seems to go well with strong flavored dishes.
ぽっけI received this as a gift from a senior staff member at work at last month's brewery opening.
The aroma was fruity, as only ginjo-style sake can be. The aroma is fruity and it has a slight effervescence.
It has a sour taste, but that is also good. ☺️
It's a draft sake, so I have to consume it soon.
ハイエースI told the staff at the store what I liked and they picked it for me.
Slowly opened the bottle, the cork was dancing and bubbling 🫧About time 😱!
When I poured it into the glass 🥂, there were lots of fine bubbles and a lot of shwash 👍.
It has a light, refreshing sweetness, a full-bodied, umami flavor, and a sharp finish that will keep you going for many glasses.
I think it tastes similar to Kouei Kiku.
Buy it at Sake-no-Hirose
べっさんThird drink. The first sake I saw. It is from Aichi Prefecture. It has a round mouthfeel, but as it spreads on the palate, it is tightened by a firm bitterness. The place is not registered, but it was Toyama in Kanda.
