Third drink. The first sake I saw. It is from Aichi Prefecture. It has a round mouthfeel, but as it spreads on the palate, it is tightened by a firm bitterness. The place is not registered, but it was Toyama in Kanda.
Shuwashu, beautifully cloudy and crisply carbonated, with a solid drinking experience even at a low alcohol level. Good balance of sweetness and acidity.
