First time in the back. Fire-brewed. This is the first time I have heard of Yumesansui sake rice. Oku seems to be a sake that aims for both high aroma and thickening. Indeed. Aroma that can be enjoyed only with sake, with a thickness that does not lose to fried food. We ended the day with this sake in collaboration with mushroom and kiss tempura. Alcohol content 18.5 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio / 60 Ingredient rice: 100% Yumesansui produced in Aichi Prefecture Sake meter / +2.0

Edo Kaijo is made in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The contents of each batch changes, so we never know what we are getting at the store. But I was surprised at how clear and high quality sake is in Tokyo! I was surprised. Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15

This is the first cup that was recommended to me at a tempura restaurant in Azabujuban, to go with a course of tempura. It actually goes with peony shrimp sashimi and clam soup. Delicious. The sake is super dry, so it is very dry on the palate and smooth on the throat. Rice : Hitomebore Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +11 Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius
