♥♥♥♥♥ I love the name and taste of this sake. The taste is different every time, but the restrained spiciness and aroma are always exquisite. I like the word "Aosae". I also like the fact that it is made with well water, which gives it a mellow feeling.
Hioki Sakura, soft sweetness until the mid-palate.
Slight bitterness with a tangy taste in the mid-palate.
More mellow than today's Hiokizakura.
and it is dry and sharp.
Summery and rather dry.
When the temperature rises, the flavor comes out.
More volatile and rough than the umami on the palate.
Not too sweet, but good.

Quite spicy. Some sourness, but not much sweetness.
It has a strong aroma (I don't know much about strong sake).
I tried heating it up, but the spiciness stood out and it was better served cold.
I thought it was better as a mid-meal drink, as the sweetness was very smooth. I drink it on its own (salt is fine as a side dish), so it's a bit lacking in that way.
I like it 5/10
