We had a bottle of Momohadori from Sakurada Sake Brewery in Takojima-cho, Suzu City, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀.
The brewery was severely damaged by the earthquake last May, and while they were rebuilding, they were also devastated by the earthquake this January 😵 I want to support this brewery because they are a brewery that I care about a lot.
I tasted this sake at the Sake Marche last October and wanted to drink it carefully 😊.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was warm and gentle 😘In the mouth, it had a sweet and delicious flavor typical of Sakurada 🥰Smooth acidity and a clean and crisp finish 😚👍.

First we visited Sakurada Sake Brewery. We were served Momohadori, a sake that is not yet available in stores 😄How does Sakura Fukuhime, a sake rice 🌾 that I have never heard of taste like😍.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😘The mouthfeel is sweet and juicy like Sakurada Sake Brewery's 🥰It has more acidity than Da Kei and a nice crisp aftertaste 😚👍.
It was a delicious sake that you can easily go through without getting tired of drinking 😁.
It was great to drink this precious sake before its release ✨✌️

The aroma isn't spectacular, but it's fruity 🤔, round on the palate, rich and sweet 🥰, just the way I like it 😍.

Purchased on a trip to Noto. When we compared the sake at the hotel, it was the sake I wanted to drink again.
It has no peculiarities and is well-balanced in sweetness and sharpness, making it suitable for a mealtime drink.
It is a small sake brewery and is not sold in the city. I think it is a waste of time because it seems to be popular even in Tokyo, but it might be a good opportunity to learn about it through a trip like this!
