We opened a bottle of Sakurada Sake Brewery's Daikei, which was totally destroyed by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 It has been about a year since it was made and half a year since the earthquake 🤔It is 100% pure and original sake before the earthquake 😊.
The aroma is mild yet fruity🤔The mouthfeel is round, sweet like melon🍈 and rich in flavor🥰It's been about a year since I had it, but it's still my favorite delicious sake😋💕.
I can only support them by drinking it, but I hope they will do their best to rebuild their brewery😇.

Sakurada Sake Brewery is currently brewing sake at the Tengumai brewery. I really wish them the best 🙏.
