Today we went to Sake Marché 2023😊.
First we visited Sakurada Sake Brewery. We were served Momohadori, a sake that is not yet available in stores 😄How does Sakura Fukuhime, a sake rice 🌾 that I have never heard of taste like😍.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity 😘The mouthfeel is sweet and juicy like Sakurada Sake Brewery's 🥰It has more acidity than Da Kei and a nice crisp aftertaste 😚👍.
It was a delicious sake that you can easily go through without getting tired of drinking 😁.
It was great to drink this precious sake before its release ✨✌️

Most of the sake breweries in Ishikawa had stalls 😚 but the line for the food stores was longer than the line for the sake shops🤣🤣🤣.

Maecin-san. Sakura Fukuhime is good. It is a new sake rice developed by the University of Agriculture and Technology. I read about it in the newspaper but did not notice it. The image of the sky of Noto with crested ibis dancing in the sky.

I went for the first time this year 😚 and it was quite crowded 😳I was glad to see that I could drink sakes from some breweries that I have never tried before and some new ones, although not from all the breweries in Ishikawa 🥳.
