I got a bottle of Dakei Junmai Daiginjo made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, a sake rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 I had had Dakei Junmai Daiginjo with a different rice before. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, but the taste of the Hyakumangoku No Shiro is less sweet and more refreshing 😙 Either way, it's delicious 😎.

Sakurada Sake Brewery, the furthest sake brewery from the tip of Ishikawa Prefecture. We had a bottle of their top of the line Dakei Junmai Daiginjo at Sakurada Sake Brewery ✨While most of Ishikawa Prefecture is dry, it is very tasty with a delicious sweetness. Sogen and Takeba are the best in Suzu City, but Dakei is just as good.

It's not written on the label, but if you look at the ingredients, it's only rice and rice malt. It had a refreshing taste and was a good closing drink for the day.

My favorite sake in Okunoto. It is not well known and is rarely available in pubs.
It is not marked as "dry" but I think it is a dry sake.
I highly recommend it.
